WHEN (yes, I'm manifesting) Celine attend the show, I'm sure it will make the news and TV go crazy...

and I know she'll love the show... and with her approval, I think the show will be extended due to public demand...

I can even imagine she will become part of the production team...

What would be even crazier is.... if Celine makes a surprise/cameo at the Titanique company's performance at the Tony's next month. Everyone would lose their minds!

I'm fantasizing that they win the Tony and she's the presenter 😂

Yes!!

that's exactly where my brain is at the moment:

Celine at the stage of the Tony ceremony announcing "the winner of Best Actress is... MYSELF !  no I'm kidding, its Marla Mindelle !"

I have to say having seen 3 different UK actresses play Céline in Titanique, Marla doesn’t impress me at all having watched many videos of her recently in the role.

One of the UK Céline’s wasn’t great either but the best by a long shot was Lauren Drew, she had the look, voice, mannerisms and ticked all the boxes.

Would be great to see her take over the role in NYC and Layton is so incredible as the Ice Berg and will definitely win a Tony! 😉

in my opinion, the best actress who played Celine was Jackie Burns... best voice, best impression, best improvisations, best gestures and mannerisms etc...

all about her performance was PERFECT

Chances of her presenting a hockey event are bigger these days.

Would be great if she finally showed up at a show of Titanique. It's about time now.

Some lovely words about Titanique and Céline by resident musical theatre fanatic Rosie O’Donnell who finally saw it in London.

I was surprised she didn't say anything til now since she loves Broadway and Celine so much...

nice to know she saw the musical!

Wow. The little show that could, eh? I’ve lost track of the various productions at this point.

Finally saw the Broadway production today (previously saw it in the basement of the Gristedes and at Daryl Roth). The production value is certainly upgraded but it’s still just as “kooky crazy” 🤪 And the audience was so into it, which was really cool to see. Also cool: the post-show exit music was J’irai où tu iras, which made me happy because at least there is a tiny little bit of French in the show.

Anyway, more pre-Tony press :

here in Brazil, the post show exit music was Taking Chances (i-Soul Extended Remix)... it was such good vibes...

and before the show starts, they had a playlist with some hidden gems too, like Show Some Emotion...

Damn, it was strategic genius to build a show around an international superstar with a built in fan base 😄

Also just caught it in on Broadway this week! I saw it earlier off broadway and so hadn't seen Marla Mindelle before and agree with what someone said earlier about her not being the best Celine... Bless her, but it's really hard for her to come on w MHWGO right after Deborah Cox belts out ABM 😅

Anyway all good fun, I understand it's not designed for the Celine fan in me as much as I wish it was 😅 and so am mildly bummed out that they had to explain the Who let the dogs out deep cut when before they just winked at it!
