Christmas music should not be heard prior to Dec 1st!

I listened to These Are Special Times today too, and the one thing I really love about Christmas is that I get to play that album as much as I want. And for some reason I'd rather listen to it a little bit early rather than too late. It's kind of like a build up, and as soon as Christmas is here, I'm over it. I can't stand to listen to Christmas music in January. I really want Christmas to be over immediately after the 31st.

Does anyone notice that the 3 songs released in VEVO are the same 3 song titles written on the sticker on the CD cover?

So those 3 songs LMBTL, SLS and Incredible are which they're probably gonna forus to promote? Maybe the upcoming singles?

And they're following their plan all the way?!

I went crazy with all the editions . I order the deluxe cd , the deluxe vinyl ,The qvc edition , the vinyl (standard edition) and single from amazon.de . And tuesday ill check in walmart and costco if they are going to release an exclusive edition like the did with "taking chances" I cant wait

Great album only problem I have is quite simple, this albums mood is killed by "Overjoyed" and again by "At17" they have no business in this album doesn't mean they are BAD songs, but they don't fit the album. I've also heard "How Do You Keep The Music Playing" and it would fit the regular version of the MUCH more than these other two cover songs they selected, not to mention the her voice in "HDYKTMP" is incredible and is VINTAGE Celine, I honestly thought I wouldn't like the song but I adore it! Wish i could say the same about the bore fest that "Overjoyed" and "At17" put on but I can't. I think HDYKTMP should close the album in my opinion with the words "The Music never ends....."

Agreed on "Overjoyed", but At 17, is quite a gem, regardless of the theme of the song, I really enjoy Celine's voice on it, and the whole arrangement of the song is what I think Celine should sing more often. The song has such a nice flow... unlike HDYKTMP and Overjoyed, which are IMO both such dull and boring songs.

I was not a fan of SYS... but after listening to the one with the rap interlude, i must say it has single potential... the song itself (chorus actually) sounds dated... but when the rap was added, it brought back and enhanced the modern feel that was present in the verses also... it somehow made the song "complete"!

So im scratching my head as to why they did not include this in the deluxe version!!!

Exactly! The rap is the main reason I fell in love with the song when I first heard it and it became my absolute favourite. I kept on harping about how cool SYS is and then, BAM! The rap is included only in the Vinyl. What kind of fcukery is this, Sony? :doh:

What do you mean with that you hear "birds" in Overbored??? Did they bring "les oiseaux du bonheurJoy" inside the song or what??? I suppose I'll find out once I listen to the song LOL

It's like an anti-climax. Good that I can not put the song in my phone to listen to while traveling to class.

Pretty much, yes, up to this point. But the good news that a couple of us have been hearing is that, there will be different singles released depending upon the region.

Ok I"ve got a question, Mine say's the same , but I cant figure out what store I got it from, Mine was only 29"99 , pls help. I did get one from the CD store, w/ a t-shirt. deluxe versions

Did you get it from myplaydirect france? That is where I ordered mine. Just checked it again and still no tracking listed. I guess I will get it Tuesday or Wed lol. And that is ONLY if UPS delivers straight to my house and not the mail facility. If the mail facility gets it, I won't get it until the day after -_-

:down: I wont let this song ruin the excitement I have for the rest of the new songs in the album, exactly in less than 1,5 days. Anyway, I was anticipating this feeling for myself since 2011. The only think I don't get is why they didn't include all the Vegas covers in the deluxe edition so they wouldn't kill the flow in the middle of the album tracklist :pinch:

Don't let it. The rest of the album is really good. Sure some of the songs start getting a little boring towards the end after an amazing first half. I've even warmed up to HDYKTMP. Her vocals are really beautiful and you will appreciate it even more once you have a glass of wine and fragrant candles lit up next to you. The mood is nice and sombre in the song.

Awww :blush: You should be selling the album like the QVC woman of the other day, and the album would sell thousands of copies with your kind words about the songs Thanks to you I've been anticipating this album so much more since you told me about the songs the first time, and I can't wait to discover it next tuesday! I had to cancel the damn Amazon.de order and placed a new one on Amazon.es and they have already charged my card and status now is soon to be shipped. I wonder why they had delays or problems on the German site. :mellow:

My estimated delivery time is the 4th - 11th lol. So who really know when I'll get it. On UPS tracking it just says that a label has been made on the 1st, but it hasn't made it to the facility...

I'd think if they have a label for it then it's definitely on it's way. It could just be it hasn't updated over the weekend. I don't think they operate Sunday's but I know they do on Saturday's.
