That's whybi never like to listen to the radio because they just play the song THEY THINK poeople want to listen. I know a fan fage here whos the member mostly teenager and they crying out for Celine to be playin a radio, theyblike Gaga, Katty , Rihanna and other recent artist. So it's really nonsense to not play Celine song because THEY THINK it's not cool enought to be played. Maybe they have to stop to think beacuse it's clearky they brain is not smart enough to think. I'm so pissed off.

I used Adele as a comparison because the song LMBTL requires a raspier tone. I always did wonder why Celine didn't just do a song like RITD as her first single.. why does she always have to cover ppl's songs to make them sound good

I finally just listened to Miley Cyrus new song "wrecking ball". It's ok,. but I was thinking if she had recorded LMBTL it would be a quick number 1 hit for her...and if Celine recorded "wrecking ball" it would just vanish into thin air as usual...

Britney song is.... let's say some kind of pathetic try of finding controversy and what is the saddest thing is that she will find it with this silly and weak song out of any kind of style or real polemic theme. Spears trying to play Gaga too???... And yes.. of course she will be much more airplayed than LMBTL...

But I recomend you not to be all this stressed about what other singers are doing and what are the results on the list etc.... Celine is profitable to Sony selling albums so just enjoy the songs to come and if radios or people are stuck in Titanic lady and don't want to listen to it... just ok... I have it on my mp3 and I enjoy it.... As I enjoy Gaga or others to come in this last months of the year...

 

I'm so curious about the video shooting news that I guess are close.... I'm curious about how are they going to deal with the concept... the song has a message, a story so clear but hard to represent escaping of being too obvious ( a girl in coma in the hospital and a man crying next to her and how she comes "back to life") and even if they try this, how are they going to insert Celine, (hope not the girl in coma). Other way it's to try to represent the coma status as a couple in crisis and how they remember the good things about how they have loved each other. Somehow the concept of the beautiful video "Mirrors" from Timberlake... but with more Celine presence but not making all this Diva poses

no... the only thing that we can say is that the video comes out LATE.

Problem is that there is not time enough for Celine to work on a video - because she has her Vegas job to do. It is like many of you said before - since Celine is in Vegas don't expect too much. Even if the song is great, like this song, promotion is the key and there is not much promotion lately. Only those not so good performances at Kimmel and Ellen. Hopefully xfactor is gonna change that, although I don't think so.

I love this! Yes - give up!!!!!! Buy her album. Listen to it. Enjoy it because *you* enjoy it. Stop trying to make THE ENTIRE WORLD love Celine Dion's new single/album/whatever. Just enjoy it for yourself and use your life for more important things than trying to make a singer's song hit #1.

The music video has been in the works and had been scheduled for a premiere sometime in early October (before it was late September).

 

BTW the lyric video was supposed to come out in the first week of September as some of us had gotten that info. But then, for some weird reason, it hasn't been released till now. Maybe Sony is revising the strategy for whatever reason which we may never know.

 

But do take this with a grain of salt as always cos nothing can be confirmed until they actually release it. So don't blame me if this doesn't turn out to be true. I'm just giving the info I got.

Well... By the time Britney, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga reach 40 the radios will stop supporting their songs, as it happens with Celine right now.

 

Difference is... who's going to remember ''Roar'', ''Applause'', ''Work *CENSORED*'', by then? So don't feel bad, Celine is in a league of classic songs these ladies will never reach.
