Makes no sense unless she bought it online because it was a previously used mic from Frank Sinatra. She used a corded mic for the French concerts this summer and for all non-playback live appearances. I think it has something to do with issues she had with her monitors and she feels more comfortable with the corded mic because they are less prone to issues. SuperLove4Celine Posted January 1, 2014 at 12:01 AM Posted January 1, 2014 at 12:01 AM (edited) My friend, Alex, heard from his source that no new changes were made to the show last night except for the following: 1) "The Prayer" is in as is usual for this time of the year.2) "Loved Me Back To Life" is still being performed as it was prior to her break a few months ago.3) She now uses a corded mic.4) "At Seventeen" has a slightly new arrangement to be similar in sound to that of the album cut on "Loved Me Back To Life." Thankfully, the new posters are much more streamline and modern -- which is great since Britney's fans will now be in town and will be drawn to these posters more than the last. I'm glad Celine performed INCREDIBLE with Ne-Yo (I hope we get a video!) and it's great LMBTL has replaced RITD (mostly because it's a CELINE song and it's the title track from her new album). My guess is more changes have not been incorporated because there just was not any time. She had a crazy busy schedule these past few months -- all the way up to her return to Vegas. I assume at least 2 more songs will be added from LMBTL in the near future. And I hope the show as a whole gets more Celine songs added. 4 Quote

They took 2 songs out with the Michael Jackson medley out of the show, it was replaced with Rolling in the deep and later with LMBTL, so with one song... They can add at least one more, without taking away another one.....in my opinion.. As long as HDYKTMP stays!!! I think it's a very special moment in the show!! Yes, she sang it for those concerts but they haven't had a chance to rehearse it for where it will go in the Vegas show/line-up. Maybe they're not sure where to add it in yet and since she added LMBTL for the last few shows in August (simply by subbing out one song for another), that's why it's the only one still in the show. I think when they have a chance to really sit down and look at the set-list, etc. they'll make more changes. Who knows, LMBTL may find a different place in the show and another song will go in that slot? I could see WAAF there. Edit: I only mention replacing songs versus adding them because I thought they were working within a certain time frame and wanted to keep it that way. Sure they could add a few songs and make the show longer but I don't if they really want to do that. We shall see!
