It would be better if they will record it together but I doubt they will, I think Rene told in recent interview for Journal de Montreal or some canadian newspaper that they will record it separate.

Well, I'm not thrilled about a duet with Johnny Hallyday as some of you. I do not care whether L'amour peut prendre froid is a cover song or not. The only positive point about this story is that Mr. Hallyday was recovered from "severe bronchitis", nothing more...

Just becuase you are all academical and do it your way doesn't mean we all do! i sourced where i got the information from and that is enough for me, this is supposed to be a relaxed place to come, a fun place, not a place of study. I think it is vital to source the webpage the information came from end of. I think you are being picky. seriously GET A LIFE!

 

Nothing you say will change my opinion, if people find the need to look into it themselves then do so, the source is there for people to translate. I am not going to sit sourcing a translator for goodness sake! in my University work yes, not in a place where i come to chill and relax, you can ____ right off! seriously!

Kevin the only question they asked you to give the source. The link to that website where you found the information. Of course it is fantastic that you posted the auto-translation, but also there are French people who like to read the the original text, there is nothing wrong with that.

Disappointed ? :o Are you serious? None of us have heard a fraction of the album other than PAMP, how can you be disappointed? If you dont like Halliday there are other songs..... i dont understand how anyone can say they are disappointed at this stage of time, even before the album is in your hands, you see the cover and the whole package and have listened to the whole album at least once. Then you can be disappointed if it doesn't meet what you feel to be amazing.

 

Im disappointed in that meat joint i haven't even brought, cooked and ate yet...... :wink:

Yes but when you know some of the ingredients the cake is going to have, you may have an idea in advance of how it is going to taste in your mouth too :) .

 

And for what concerns the voice of Mr. Hallyday... it's not my cup of tea either :innocent:

I don't like his voice too ;-)

But I LOVE LOVE LOVE their duet of L'envie, she did a few years back with that huge choir!

 

So you just can't have an idea of how this duet will sound and what it will be!! ;-)

 

I'm curious and can't wait, hopefully they will announce things soon!
