fred Posted August 19, 2011 at 09:21 PM Posted August 19, 2011 at 09:21 PM If she records "Ne me quitte pas" I think I'm going to faint and revive in happiness LOLIt would be fantastic to have a recording of this song. And I have a feeling it won't stay in the show for long, and when they will finally make a live recording of the show this song won't be there to be recorded. So a studio recording would be great! /fred Quote Peace and love to all.

smash Posted August 22, 2011 at 03:22 PM Posted August 22, 2011 at 03:22 PM Sorry, i know this is the topic for the French album, but seeing there is no topic anymore for the English album, i thought i could maybe put something here. I don't know if i understood correctly, but on the French discussion, i think it says that the English album is coming out on the 21/11/11. Did i understand it correctly? I hope it is. Quote
celine-rc Posted August 22, 2011 at 03:39 PM Posted August 22, 2011 at 03:39 PM That's what we heard but we don't have an official confirmation from Céline's camp yet. Loup_garou Posted August 26, 2011 at 04:06 PM Posted August 26, 2011 at 04:06 PM Yeap it''s about possible titles The ones from June...‘Moi Quand Je Pleure’, ‘Le Miracle’, ‘Parler A Mon Pere’, ‘Celle Qui M’a Tout Appris’, ‘Les Jours Comme Ca’. The ones from CineTeleRevue ...... ‘Attendre’ e ‘La Mer Et L’Enfant’ And three more.... ‘Si Je N’ai Rien De Toi’, ‘Qui Peut Vivre Sans Amour’ and ‘Tant De Temps’ Quote
Jeff Abbott Posted August 28, 2011 at 05:33 PM Posted August 28, 2011 at 05:33 PM (edited) I really hope all of these titles will be included in the upcoming French Album. I'm dying to listen to them. If the album is to be released in January 2012 we've got 5 months more of waiting (unless it is postponed once again). Hopefully the French cd will be worth it. Jeff Abbott Posted August 28, 2011 at 06:38 PM Posted August 28, 2011 at 06:38 PM (edited) If I can remember well 'Et s'il n'en restait qu'une' was released around one month before the premiere of D'elles (though its radio premiere was on the 14th of February 2007). That means that in the case of new french album we could hear something new even at the end of November. I doubt it though. Edited August 28, 2011 at 06:38 PM by Jeff Abbott Quote

Jeff Abbott Posted August 29, 2011 at 10:09 PM Posted August 29, 2011 at 10:09 PM I have a feeling that this upcoming French album will be something extraordinary (and even better than D'elles, which by the way was an excellent concept album, maybe a little too short and poorly promoted). If Luc Plamondon cooperates with Celine once again there's no other option, the album must be a treat for both die-hards, like us, but also for casual fans. All I know is that the fans here in Poland are waiting for a new cd full of original songs. Quote
I Love You Posted August 30, 2011 at 01:39 AM Posted August 30, 2011 at 01:39 AM If Jean-Jacques Goldman, and Luc Plamondon, are working on Celine's new album it is going to be f'ing brilliant. Quote
mirage Posted August 30, 2011 at 06:49 AM Posted August 30, 2011 at 06:49 AM Let it be an album with a bigger tracklis then her earlier French discs!Would love to see an tracklist of 16 - 19 songs!! Quote

I know!!!! I heard that Luc did write a few songs for her, she's definetly going to be singing Une Chance qu'on s'a as well as at least one other song from Jean-Pierre Ferland and I'm really hoping that she works with Jean-Jacques again!!! They're so amazing together!!!! Quote http://images.lpcdn.ca/435x290/201103/17/305341.jpg Merci Céline pour ces deux soirées inoubliables que j'ai passées à tes côtés. Je ne les oublierais jamais. Jeff Abbott Posted September 10, 2011 at 03:34 PM Posted September 10, 2011 at 03:34 PM It's a pity that there's so little confirmed news about the French project. Basically, we already know twelve possible titles (together with "Je n’ai pas besoin d’amour" and "Une chance qu'on s'a"). I hope there will be at least 4 or 5 more new songs. Still, there's a chance for that as Luc Plamondon continues to write new stuff. Is "Une chance qu'on s'a" going to be a duet with Jean Pierre Ferland or is Celine going to sing it on her own? I'd rather she sang the song without him. Quote
mirage Posted September 10, 2011 at 06:54 PM Posted September 10, 2011 at 06:54 PM According to French magazine Platine Celine is going to record a virtual duet with Henri Salvador who passed away in 2008... I didn't knew he passed away, and I only know him from that lullaby song. So what about his other songs?! Is it duet worthy? :-p Quote

anewdayhascome Posted September 10, 2011 at 07:56 PM Posted September 10, 2011 at 07:56 PM Well it's a nice thing to pay tribute etc but for the album? I don't know.
