I know there are a lot of people that don't like ''My Love'', but it is definitely one of the highlights from the show, and it is clear from the crowd's reaction too. I think before some of you post something negative about the release again, listen to that clip first. She hurts in that song and like mirage said: it makes the hairs on your back stand up when you hear it live...

In Soweto there were some little boys talking to the camera, I don't remember that being in the cinema version.

 

Dubai, we saw Celine signing things for a few women in what seemed to be a backstage area or something, they played the instrumental music for Eyes on Me during this. Then Celine backstage with Annie discussing the costumes for this show- Celine thinks she could probably wear whatever she wants and her fans wouldn't be offended, but she's not going to risk it, she'll adapt because she can.

 

Japan- meeting Ito Yuna. We saw a bit of the rehearsal and performance of A World To Believe In. Celine gave her a gift- a diamond she can build a piece of jewelery around, just like she's building her career.

 

Taking Chances performance. I can't remember this being in the cinema version, but I could just be forgetting.

 

China- Celine says RC lost another tooth. If he keeps losing one per country, he'll have none left soon. Backstage, she talks to Rene and Mego about how she almost tripped during the Macau concert. She then asks Rene if he got his hair cut. He did.

 

Eyes on Me Performance (again, don't recall seeing this, but I may just be dumb.)

 

The thing with Zac, the Australian dancer, they cut that bit so it's still in there but it wasn't as long?

 

RC and Linda go the Aquarium in Sydney while Celine's on stage. They look at sharks and he pats a snake. Linda doesn't seem to want to pat the snake. RC plays part of I'm Alive on the piano. Back in the hotel he tells Celine about the snake, and she jokes around, saying she doesn't believe him. Then he does a flip on the bed.

 

China- Yang Lan talks about Celine. We see some footage from her show that we saw before, but wasn't in the 2 hour version of TTEOTW.

 

Malaysia- Rene meets the King and Queen. We see some rehearsals and a bit of Shadow of Love.

 

Now we get a full version of All By Myself. I'm pretty sure it's the one from when she was sick, because the high note at the end doesn't sound quite right- only there's no explanation of sickness during this part of the movie, so I thought that was a bit odd, presentation wise.

 

Celine and Annie deciding between the purple dress and the black flowing dress for MHWGO.

 

Rene is excited because he has some prada shoes. He thinks Celine will like his choice. She tells him they look like bowling shoes. Then Annie says the same thing.

 

She sings a bit of Elton John's "Your Song", only we don't see her sing it, it's only audio played while we see her in England, and on a boat with Rene. We see a bit of her on a British talk show. (I think we saw this on the forum at the time too.) They go to a pizza place in England, apparently it's the best in the world and RC is very excited. He calls the guy next to him on his mobile phone because he thinks it's funny? Lol.

A fan in China talking about Celine, that we didn't see before.

 

Concert at Bercy (that's France, I think?) she cut her hand on her dress, and it starts bleeding a lot, during Ziggy. She keeps singing but it looks quite funny.

 

We see her acceptance speech of Legion D'Honneur (spelling?)

 

J'Irai ou Tu Iras.

 

In Dublin, Rene shows the hotel they stayed in the night they got together.

 

The boat section in Amsterdam is a little longer, she gives the driver a gift at the end.

 

The show her in Poland while playing Can't Fight the Feeling? Think that was in there before?

 

Aaron the dancer has an accident, hurts his ankle. They show him with the Doctor, and Chris from Scotland who replaced him

 

New York, with Charice. We've seen most that footage already.

 

RC eats a warhead, doesn't look like he's enjoying it hehehe. Celine's teasing him saying "don't get sick!"

 

We see some new footage during Love Can Move Mountains.

 

The technical problem in California. Celine's excited, says it's like when she was a kid and there was a blackout.

 

At some point, she also sang part of another song that isn't one of hers, but I didn't know the song. We also saw a bit more of the costume changes. That's pretty much all I noted down.

 

fan2celinedion- Songs in the movie but NOT on the CD? That's harder. Hmm... S'il Suffisait D'Aimer, J'Irai ou Tu Iras, Dans Un Autre Monde...umm that's all I can think of at the moment.

Well since the A new day... release I've come to terms: we never get what we want. It doesn't matter. They always find an awesome way to make everything beyond different than what we wanted, mixing shows, new lipings, cuts, misspeling lyrics... everything.

 

YET, we all gonna buy and enjoy this after sometime cause the brain adapts you know, to everything.

But... I just found that the Concert CD/DVD & TTEOTW DVD will release on 3 MAY here in HONG KONG

I wish I was writing this post with better news. I always wish I could come on here and write some glowing fantastic opinions on the latest celine release. I have been looking forward to this release for more than 2 years now and I have been madly anticipating having an amazing dvd of the show. I have NOT seen the DVD or the heard the official cd. I have just listened to a few songs on youtube from the offiical cd though. I wont even go into how mad I am about the intro being cut. I wont go into how upset I am about the editing mistakes(glaring I might add) I have seen already inthe few clips. I wont go into the ridiculousness of mashing up the two shows in montreal and boston(or 4 however many there were) and advertising it as one show from boston and one show from montreal. That in itself is deceptive, manipulative and just plain wrong. There is NO reason we couldnt have gotten two different shows without all this cross cutting both shows into one. Ok so I went into it..anyways...I saw celine on tour many times this last time and loved every second of it...she sounded fantastic and the show was quite amazing. I am sad to report that the few songs I have heard so far on the cd are not up to par with what I saw on this tour. I dont know what happened..I dont know what audio they are using...none of us really know where this new audio is coming from but if it was rerecording in a studio...they did a very lackluster job and perfecting any vocals. It either sounds very autotuned or like she is struggling with the songs. Its very very strange. Parts of the songs are fantastic and other parts sound just plain...off key or even like she is sorta sick. The A NEW DAY audio cd in my opinion was a HUGE disaster and this is vastly better from what I have heard..but its along the same lines as that...atleast in the 4 songs I have heard. IACBTMN is a standout disappointment. Strongs somewhat strong then it sounds like she is having trouble with the notes..wobbly and strained. Power of Love..autotuned. To love you more...wobbly and great in parts. Its a Mans World..not as strong as usual from the tour..I just dont know what to think of these people at J productions and Sony. Its shameful. I hope I am wrong in my early opinions of what I have heard..but so far I am extremley worried they have totally done lackluster work on these releases. The film was incredible. The tour dvd and cd are so far extremely disappointing and DO NOT represent the tour as well as it should be. If she did rerecord vocals for these songs...I am baffled as to why they dont sound as outstanding AS THEY SHOULD..esp if they were redone! Its very clear that Sony and J productions do not care at all about the fans or representing celine in the way they should. A New Day and now this. Its very very disappointing and in a week I hope I can come back and write a totally different report about the DVD and CD once I have watched and heard them in full..but as of right now I am not happy with them. 2 plus years to get this kind of work out is unacceptable. I have said it many times before...Celine deserves so much better than this. So do we. I am very grateful we even get a dvd of the show..but everything about it so far has been handled with such disappointment from the lackluster lame covers to the omitting of key parts and songs of the show. I am encouraging everyone to please contact Sony and J productions with our concerns. Celine is not getting the best treatment and respect she deserves. Neither are we. I have to say that this is not fair! Céline sounded better than that on tour! This is the worst soul medley I've ever Heard from her! I got you she sang the "you" better than that the other nights!This cd doesn't represent the tour for me! Why don't we have another 100% different show in thé other cd maybe I would have Like it better but now i am obliged to like this one!

On a side note about Its a Mans World and few other songs...they sounded TEN times better in the documentary than they do on this dvd and cd we have been given. The intro is included in the doc, Its a Mans world sounds amazing in the movie, just an observation.

Thats what im saying too. Maybe we got late for this reaction, but complaining all the time is also nonsense, it leads us nowhere. What have we won with all those complains? Absolutely nothing, so it might be a crazy late time to react, but if we dont, then there is not even a chance to change sth. I think that u'r also right when u say that we let this for them to handle the way they wanned and they did a crap only. After so much time of waiting, we could have reacted somehow cuz im sure that most of us had known what should happen in sony pr., now we got that proof. The other thing is that we believed how all was going to be just perfect..

Dont get me wrong...I am very very happy to be getting all these releases. We are getting less than what we originally thought though and lackluster presentation compared to what we COULD be getting. Thats the issue. Bad presentation, subpar vocals compared to 90 percent of the tour, again its like the A New Day audio cd...it doesnt represent the magic of what the show really was. Its average at best so far. This is Celine Dion we are talking about here. One of the most fantastic vocalists in the world today. This tour was outstanding. This isnt just any artist and any release. We expect the representation to be outstanding and what we are getting is extremely lackluster...its disappointing on many many levels. I rememebr the time she cut her hand open. Some people wrote about it in their reviews. They said that she was trying to get her singers' attention, but they didn't see her and eventually Barnev saw her and gave her a tissue or something. Is it that time they included in the movie?

 

Is the rest of the footage the same as the footage that was in the movie? They didn't change or cut stuff from the movie shown in cinema?
