Taking Chances World Tour CD/DVD Release Thread

Yeah what the hell is up with that soul medley? Last time I check the DVD was called ''Celine Dion: The Concert'', not ''Barnev: The Concert''.

The reason TSMGO is not on the live CD is because of copyright/royalty issues I would imagine- there's alot of legal stuff that goes into Cds obviously.

 

I wish everyone would stop moaning about 3 secs of the dvd being cut here and there- as usual, moan, moan, moan- from the clips I've seen and heard, it looks and sounds very professional, and her voice is incredible and her performances, top notch.

 

Stop going on and on about the same crap and enjoy the releases!!!

I just listened to MHWGO on youtube and i'm like a baby. I lost my dad back in January and this song still hold's a place in my heart because of how it's not only helped me through his death but several others as well. I think it is truly a testament to the power of Celine.

 

EDIT: How fitting that this is my 1,000th post! I love you dad! Je t'aime papa!

Thank you. I think that we all can agree that this is why we love Celine. Even though we bawl, we're healing. She helps us in sad times and also in good times, especially times when I'm in such a good mood that I pump the volume on my IPOD up to the max and belt out I'm Alive and I Drove All Night (and do the dance moves ) Ahhhhhhhh. Celine. This is why we love you. Now, just quit Sony and then you'll be practically perfect in every way that you're not already.

Ok.. I LOVE to have this cd and dvd FINALLY after all these years!

But... All these CD/DVD stuff is the most WEIRD release in Celine's history.. The package, the way how they edited the French and English concerts together.... They cut the most strange things out of it.. Pff

 

But ok, I'll be happy with everything after this long time ^^

I like the TTEOTW intro but you figure on the english version they could change the spelling of Columbus. Its spelled Colombus in the intro I know thats how its spelled on SLP too because the list of cities scene is the same in it.

 

I know! I'm kinda angry that they misspelled not only the State Capital of my home state OHIO , but also the first of TWO TC concerts that I saw Celine in.

I think thats the way its spelled in french/canada because thats how its on the SLP intro

So wait, is We will rock you and the show must go on are not on the dvds or cd?

 

They are on the DVD, but not the CD. (Stupid decision, imo.)

It doesn't matter to me if they aren't on the CD, as long as I have them on the DVD I'm fine. I LOVED both those songs and it would have been terrible had they cut them from the DVD! The CD eh I'll live with it, at this point I'm not really concerned with getting the CD.

the MHWGO remix would do great job to promote the dvd....

but is not on the cd...itunes ...whatever...
