So annoying! That was such a consistent part of the tour, too! She said it in Boston, didn't she? They could have stuck it in there.

I just cannot belive they have cut those lines out of the intro. It's appalling!! It was one of the best parts of the show!

 

They showed people clapping for way too long in that intro, why couldn't they have cut them out instead of cutting out Celine!!! :angry2:

So what if the footage is mixed, she didn't say 'Is that alright Boston' when she was in Montreal did she? The footage is still different during these parts.

 

I am beyong angry. I've had a really good day until now. It doesn't sound right when she just says 'Is that alright'.

At least the full intro is included in TTEOTW - thank goodness!!

 

But cutting it from the concert DVD is unforgivable. Why do we always have to settle for something less that satisfactory with Celine concert DVDs? This is feeling like Live in Memphis Part II at the moment.

It's on the right. There are three videos: A clip from TTEOTW, the intro to the concert and the trailer for TTEOTW.

Yes..it really is quite a shame that they for absolutely no good reason or logic cut that part out of the show. If she sang it at the boston concert it should be included...its simple. So I cant remember..is the full singing intro included in the documentary?

I dont freaking care if it's mixed or not, wheter she sang it in boston, and not montreal...

It should NOT be the reason to exclude it, just because she didnt sang it in Montreal. ( and even then we dont know if that's the main reason, your just speculation)

 

Those dvd's dont need to be identical, it was just the best part of the beginning of the show... I droveee all night!!!

Now I see, I didn't get what you all were talking

 

Its true that it looks a little weak that the first glimpse of her voice we are goin to hear in the DVD is a talking Céline with that "is that alright Boston" instead of a singing Céline with "its all alright" 2x I wouldn't have put such weight showing that "this is the BOSTON concert" or in the "TONIGHT BOSTON" led screen for the DVD, but okay... no offence for the Boston citizens (the idea of tonight "your TV" would've been cool )

 

What annoys me the most is that they have used the same footage for the common songs in the french concert. How dare they? With more than a hundred shows and they have to use the same footage for both editions?? :angry2:

I have just asked amazon.co.uk what happens with the pre-orders of TC world tour and what will happen with those who ordered the items already. We'll see the response..

Production J did an unforgivable mistake for A New Day, by showing the audience in full light after the first song, when they should have let the blackout and celine apear wearing her new costume in a breeze. They made it look so unstriking.

It infuriates me that they cut the rare live part of the show...which was the acapella intro.

Exactly, they make stupid mistakes release after release and we should all just be happy and buy 10 different editions and not to say a thing about it? I don't think so. And maybe for someone having that intro cut is not a big deal, but since it was one of my personal highlights of the show I'm disappointed beyond words. I just wish there was any logic behind this but as usual there isn't any.
