Okay. Here is what Ticketmaster said.

 

You can only order a maximum of 4 tickets PER SHOW without being flagged for exceeding your limit. Each night's show has it's own Event Code. You can only have 4 tickets per household (billing address, credit card) per Event Code (night).

 

So as long as you don't order more than 4 tickets with the same credit card or billing information per show, you will be fine.

If you're a TeamCeline member, log into TeamCeline.com and then click "Concerts" at the top. Then click the "Tickets" link at the bottom & your code will be generated.

I have a question..

So I just went to order tickets and I got to the checkout page and it said that Visa needed to verify and to click her to be transferred to Visa to check out. I did that and after a few seconds it said my debit card was not accepted, so i tried like 2 or 3 more times with the same message appearing. Well I didn't know that after so many attempts it blocks my debit from being used on ticketmaster.

 

So my question is.. if I use my mom's debit can we still pick up the tickets at will call? I know you have to show membership of TeamCeline.. which is in my name.. not hers.. but the tickets would be in her name and debit card. Does this question make sense?

 

 

You're in the US so you can have them delivered to your house.

You can't use will call if you use someone elses credit card.

 

For the presale tickets I don't have the option of them being sent to my house.. it's only will call.

My mom would be there to pick them up with me.. my question is more directed towards the TeamCeline end of it.. That membership is in my name not hers..

Yes. The $55 ones will be available tomorrow for 2nd Mezz. With extra charges it should come to about $75 or $80.

Okay not to alarm you or anyone else on here...but I think it is IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO READ THIS. I called Ticketmaster several times earlier today, because I noticed last night that ticketmaster said there was a 4 ticket limit per household for the TeamCeline tickets. It is not listed there anymore (it now talks about public onsale tickets...which is a 4 ticket limit per household per night). However, when I was called, I was told by 3 seperate people that regardless of how many memberships you have, there cannot be more than 4 teamceline tickets with the same billing address or credit card info or your tickets risk being cancelled. I asked well what if you both have memberships but you have the same information....and they told me that it was too bad and that the tickets could be cancelled without notice. NOW....I am not saying I am right, because we all know how ridiculous ticketmaster is, and the people never sounded very confident, however I did get the same response from 3 different people. With that said, they made it sound like if you bought more than 4 tickets on the same credit card or listed the same address or the same email or the same phone number, your tickets could be cancelled because they have a very smart computer system and they will flag you.

 

Has anyone else heard this or been concerned about this? (I have only purchased 4 and I was going to purchase another 4 until I saw this because of the above reason).

 

I don't know what my advice is, but if it was me, I probably would call to double check rather than wait til March of 2011 to wonder if my tickets had been cancelled...and this way, it wouldn't be too late to get them back.

 

I am so sorry to alarm anyone...AGAIN...THIS IS WHAT TICKETMASTER TOLD ME....I hope I am wrong, but I just wanted everyone to be aware before it is too late.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....

I was so worried about this during the tour, when there was a 2 ticket limit per household. My mom became a member of TeamCéline and I already had a membership... we bought two tickets for two seperate shows, and put each pair on seperate credit cards. BUT each credit card had the same billing address. I was really concerned... but neither pair of tickets were cancelled. However, the second show I was supposed to go to was.

 

I wouldn't try it with too many purchases though... it would be risky.

 

For the presale tickets I don't have the option of them being sent to my house.. it's only will call.

My mom would be there to pick them up with me.. my question is more directed towards the TeamCeline end of it.. That membership is in my name not hers..

Your mom will need her ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. You will need your ID and your TC membership card. You'll be fine!

I have been trying to ask ticket master and they are unable to tell me? they keep putting me off onto other phone numbers, maybe its just the particular person im dealing with. just worried incase shows are cancelled, will we get refunded? Anyone know?

If the show is cancelled you'll get a refund or the chance to reschedule... However, if you need to travel (like me for example, i'm flying in from Belgium) all those expenses are gone unless you got a really decent travelinsurance or if you bought a refundable or changeable airline ticket.

Thanks Glad to know they would refund us if this is cancelled. im just thinking you know, incase she gets pregnant.. member she wanted to stop the Vegas thing going ahead the last time she was pregnant but it had gone too far. It's called Event Ticket Insurance and I think it's important because they are selling tickets one year before the show starts, and nobody knows what will happens in the future. Just read the coverages and see if it's interesting for you, I must say the cancellation or if the show is delayed is not covered by this insurance.

This won't work for international customers I think, I've took the option but it didn't go through (neither was I charged for it) and I've read similar stories on this board.

Next April I'm going to travel to NYC and I've purchased 2 tickets for NBA game and I got the insurance for those tickets and I was charged for it, sure . It was 14 $ (=about 11 €)

Usually it's charged separately from the tickets charge (made for Ticketmaster). The insurance is charged by Mondial Assistance.

 

The cancellation isn't covered by this insurance

You can get your tickets by going to the box office at Caesers Palace but only as soon as 48 hours before the show starts, you can't get the tickets send to you, every ticket is a "will call" ticket that needs to be collected on site with your TeamCeline card, the credit card used to buy the tickets and a photo ID (passport, ID card, driverslicense)

Ok. I have some experience with Ticketmaster, because I've purchased 2 tickets for NBA game in NYC next April, and I live in Spain.

 

They send a mail with a confirmation number. Something like this:

 

"Thank you for purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster.

Your order number for this purchase is ........ "(the number is your confirmation number).

 

I see you're from Bulgaria, in that case you can only pick up your tickets at Will Call Box Office at Caesars Palace the day of the event or 48 hours prior, just bring the mail with the confirmation number, the credit card wich you've made the purchase and your passport.

 

International customers (outside USA and Canada) only can get their tickets by Will Call.

So keep this mail like it was gold
