Nope, it's for every single show. But those seats aren't blocked solely for the VIP packages, also for friends, family, whales, etc...

I apologise in advance for asking a lot of stupid questions but I'm completely new to this! I'm from Australia and the only time I've seen Celine live is when she toured in my own country.

 

I plan to fly from Aus to Las Vegas to see this show, so I really want to try and make sure I do everything correctly.

 

 

Do you think there will be shows in early December (or possibly late November of 2011)? This is when I was hoping I'd be able to fly to the US so if not, I'll have to come earlier...

 

I used to be a member of Team Celine and I'm thinking of joining again to book tickets for end of 2011 dates. Do you think its worth it? And any ideas on when late 2011 tickets will be released?

 

Do you think there will be meet and greet competitions or any possible chances to meet her? It's been a dream of mine since I was about 7 years old (and I'm now 21) so I'm praying for the chance to meet Celine especially since I'll be flying so very far.

 

Any other advice anyone can think of for people travelling from other countries would be lovely?!

First of all, let me welcome you to this wonderfull board!

Second, there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers (which I'll probably give)

 

 

Do you think there will be shows in early December (or possibly late November of 2011)? This is when I was hoping I'd be able to fly to the US so if not, I'll have to come earlier...

 

Céline contract starts at March 15, 2011 and covers 70 shows per year during 3 years time. Yesterday, 54 shows were annouced for 2011, this leaves 16 shows that have to be annouced yet. It's indeed possible that the next batch of shows will include some dates later in 2011 but unfortunately it's to soon to tell...

TC membership is good to book tickets in advance but that's about it, I don't think that there are many other benifits to the TC membership, but since I'm only a member for one year it could be that other members think otherwise

There could be come competitions but nothing known yet... To soon to tell.

During the next couple of months plenty of advices will be given in separate topics. We have allready a topic for hotels and I assume that others will be added for siteseeing, restaurants, etc... If there is anything specific that you would like to know, don't hesitate to ask, even questions about best airfares, etc... no problem. But let's wait about that a bit, hotels and flights can only be booked 330 days in advance (hotels sometimes 365 days in advance), so it's a bit to soon.

I assume that TC didn't block the whole "FORCH" section, however, I do think they blocked FORCH4 excluding the first 5 rows which will be VIP. FORCH2,3,5 & 6 will probably go on sale tommorow since I didn't saw anyone with tickets in those sections...

Unfortunatly all these VIP packages for concerts are getting more and more the norm. It's actually getting harder and harder to get decent seats. One good thing is they are always extremly overpriced. Soi tickets for the first few rows (even front row) nearly always come just before the show. Most cases it's a few nights before in some it's actually on the night.

 

Of course the bad thing about this being in Vegas a lot of these packages I would assume go to whales and VIP guests. So getting these elusive first few rows would be harder. Of course the rows are yours if you are willing to pay the price tag.

 

I was trying for Tina Turner tickets when she toured the UK. Couldn't get any and I wasn't paying for the VIP "first few rows" package. A week before the show TM were selling rows A & B at the face value price.

A whale is a common term for a top level high roller. If they call you a whale in Vegas it's probably because you'll spending huge amounts of money

"I don't have the words to express my disappointment. How can they think it's okay to give us no warning? Some of us don't check our email constantly... imagine all of the fans who haven't visited the forum or checked their email yet who still don't know they're already on sale? Not to mention... we don't get a discount? What is the point of being a TeamCéline member? They raised the ticket prices, made the first five rows into VIP packages... what exactly are the perks then?

 

Also, in her upcoming People interview she says she is going to do IVF "until it works". What is that going to mean for this show if she gets pregnant? If she does, hopefully, get pregnant it will be her last... she is not going to leave a newborn baby at home to perform. "

 

In response to Ashley's post on page 13...I feel the same way! I do not appreciate that we did not get any official warning. It was unprofessional and not fair to fans who have given their time and money to Celine for many years.

I did not renew my TC membership in January when it expired because I did not think the tickets would go on sale so fast and there are not any other benefits to membership. Even if I did renew my membership, many fans who are currently members did not receive notification of the TC presale in time. I also do not like the fact that rows 1-5 are not available to fans. AND was well worth it because I got row CC. I don't mean to to just get on here to complain because I love Celine and the Vegas show idea, but if I am going to spend hundreds of dollars to fly to Las Vegas to see her....after 14 years of being a fan, I and everyone else on this forum deserves the best seats!

 

For a moment I thought about renewing my membership to get tickets early, but not if I cannot be within the first 10 rows. I cannot go to the premier because it is during the week, and I am hoping to have a full time teaching job next year. I really want to go August 14, 2011 because it is my birthday. I am nervous about buying tickets now because I honestly can't afford it (I am getting married June 18, 2011 and trying to pay for that). Besides the money factor, if Celine gets pregnant (which I want!)...what happens then? What if fans cannot attend rescheduled shows? With a newborn baby, is she going to want to commit to 3 years? I remember she told us just before AND that after having RC she did not want to do the show anymore, but it was too late in production.

 

My fiance and I want to start trying for a baby (he is 30 years older than me) right when we get married. Does anyone know if you can safely fly at any point during a pregnancy? If so, during what months? It would be sad to pay for tickets now, and then get pregnant and not be able to go.

 

Ahh so many factors! I want to see Celine again so bad! I wish I could confidently buy them on Friday. I may get on and see what is available on Friday. I am interested in the VIP package, but it will probably cost thousands of dollars. I bought the VIP package for TC tour because it included the soundcheck. I found out the day of the show that I accidently bought the silver package which did NOT include the soundcheck. I got 2nd row, but it was not worth the price, as I got 3rd row for face value for another show. Hopefully the VIP package for this show is better than the TC ones.

 

I am so happy for the fans who can afford to go and already got tickets. I have always loved and respected Rene, but I must say this Vegas deal is rushed and I am very dissappointed. Okay...I am done complaining! I am thankful Celine is going to continue to perform. Hopefully I can attend at least 1 show in the three years.

The TC VIP packages were about $2,000 sold in pairs. It looks like these are sold individually because if you notice it says "one" multiple times in the description. I'm betting $1,000 but obviously it's just an opinion.

There are no more tickets in presale for opening night, i went to ticketmaster to buy one for a friend and nothing... i guess we have to wait until tomorrow for the general sale.
