It's only 4 TC tickets per year. I had to sign my mom up for TC to get 4 more tickets yesterday. The code you type in will only count towards 4 tickets, then it tells you no way José.

 

 

I've got to share something with you

 

I'm going to the show on March 15th and 16th and I've got 6 tickets all payed with the same credit card. But on ticketmaster it says that there is a limit of 4 tickets and you might loose the tickets if you use the same credit card and billing address.

 

So we called Ticketmaster to have this sorted out and guess what

 

It's only 4 ticket limit for the show/night

 

So you can buy as many tickets as you want yay

 

^Did you have more than one teamceline membership? Once you buy 4 tickets your promo code becomes invalid...

The 4 ticket limit per night is for public onsale, not teamceline

 

Just checking because my boyfriend has a membership too, but I wanted to make sure our billing info wasn't the tickets wouldn't get cancelled.

 

I'm as surprised as you.

I used two TC accounts for those 6 tickets but the person at Tickemaster said that it was just a limit per show/night.

He must be wrong, but he also said that if you get ticket cancellation, you get an email right away.

 

Okay not to alarm you or anyone else on here...but I think it is IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO READ THIS. I called Ticketmaster several times earlier today, because I noticed last night that ticketmaster said there was a 4 ticket limit per household for the TeamCeline tickets. It is not listed there anymore (it now talks about public onsale tickets...which is a 4 ticket limit per household per night). However, when I was called, I was told by 3 seperate people that regardless of how many memberships you have, there cannot be more than 4 teamceline tickets with the same billing address or credit card info or your tickets risk being cancelled. I asked well what if you both have memberships but you have the same information....and they told me that it was too bad and that the tickets could be cancelled without notice. NOW....I am not saying I am right, because we all know how ridiculous ticketmaster is, and the people never sounded very confident, however I did get the same response from 3 different people. With that said, they made it sound like if you bought more than 4 tickets on the same credit card or listed the same address or the same email or the same phone number, your tickets could be cancelled because they have a very smart computer system and they will flag you.

 

Has anyone else heard this or been concerned about this? (I have only purchased 4 and I was going to purchase another 4 until I saw this because of the above reason).

 

I don't know what my advice is, but if it was me, I probably would call to double check rather than wait til March of 2011 to wonder if my tickets had been cancelled...and this way, it wouldn't be too late to get them back.

 

I am so sorry to alarm anyone...AGAIN...THIS IS WHAT TICKETMASTER TOLD ME....I hope I am wrong, but I just wanted everyone to be aware before it is too late.

I did that and after a few seconds it said my debit card was not accepted, so i tried like 2 or 3 more times with the same message appearing. Well I didn't know that after so many attempts it blocks my debit from being used on ticketmaster.

 

So my question is.. if I use my mom's debit can we still pick up the tickets at will call? I know you have to show membership of TeamCeline.. which is in my name.. not hers.. but the tickets would be in her name and debit card. Does this question make sense?

You're in the US so you can have them delivered to your house.

You can't use will call if you use someone elses credit card.

That's fine. As long as the credit card holder is with you and you are there with your ID to prove it's YOUR membership. It's all good.

You're fine. You just need your ID.

that's fine that your mom does not have a membership...they are your tickets to do with what you want... you will have your card in plenty of time...and if not, you can print verification off of your account online...did that before! you will be just fine!

this is a disaster......they are saying 4 tickets per household per EVENT not per show....we bought 8 tickets on the same card....they could void alllllll of my tickets!! And put them back on the market! This is crazy. Ramona is screwed if this is the case.... you can only go to a max of 4 shows per household ever? Something is messed up with this......

I think "per event" means the same thing as "per show"

Am I the only fan who would go to Vegas and just see one show? cause for me its crazy to be even going to one show! i totzlly cant afford the ticket right now and dont know what position i will be in next year , but still going, but is it bad that I am only going to one show?

I am so happy about Celine coming to Vegas. This will be my first time seeing her live. My parents and I are going to Vegas for my 15th Birthday. And she's performing on my B-Day so I just got tickets. I just joined TeamCeline. And 5 minutes later I bought 2 tickets to the August 7,2011 show. I cant wait im in FORCH4 Row FF Seats 405-406.. They were expensive at $250.00 but Im looking forward to seeing my idol. This also will be the first concert I have ever seen. So I'm happy my first concert will be seeing Celine By the way could anyone tell me if my seats are good. I already bought them but i'd just like to know if anyone sat near the seats i will be in. yes....the regular tickets you can buy 4 tickets per night to as many nights as you want....

Okay. Here is what Ticketmaster said.

 

You can only order a maximum of 4 tickets PER SHOW without being flagged for exceeding your limit. Each night's show has it's own Event Code. You can only have 4 tickets per household (billing address, credit card) per Event Code (night).

 

So as long as you don't order more than 4 tickets with the same credit card or billing information per show, you will be fine.
