Another pair of shoes that took an extremely long time to find. Even though they have a few distinctive details and hence keywords for the Google search. Once again, I found them a few years ago on a vintage platform.

Acutally it's only "RABANNE" (Paco's name, who died nearly 90 years old in February 2023, was removed from the Label's name in June 2023). And the Resort 2024-Collection therefore already ran under "RABANNE". 😁

Although I am not sure, if it makes sense to continue to contribute in this thread due to the very low recall and not knowing how many are viewing this thread, since the real figures of views can't be seen no more - here's another finding of my huge collection. Actually this one was very easy to find (after having a HQ picture) - because Repetto is a label of dance and ballett clothes/shoes/accessories Céline loves. So, when the label is known the rest can be very easy (but not always!!) - in this case I was lucky.

PS: If you like me to continue - please leave a sign. I LOVE to actively contribute with content to this Forum/Thread - but not if it's neither watched nor appreciated!

Yes, Céline and René LOVE Louis Vuitton since the early days. This is probably because the label’s abbreviation “LV” corresponds to the secret letters “LV” of René and Céline. Céline owns a lot of Vuitton items from a wide variety of collections (and not just luggage and bags). That’s also something you can theoretically find quite easily.

When it comes to perfumes, you’d need someone who has a BIG knowledge of perfumes, and above all, you’d need very good photos of Céline’s vanity tables. As I mentioned before, identifying a perfume based on the bottle in a grainy photo is very difficult even impossible. Unless it’s a distinctive bottle. But I can only tell you this much: since I’ve been searching for fashion items and other stuff of Céline — and even with the findings of others which I’ve added to my collection since 2008 to be able to search by keyword — no one has recognized or found anything by Annick Goutal so far!

Are you a perfume expert? Do you have good photos of Céline where the bottles are visible? Then I’d be happy to help with the search!

Oui, ce serait vraiment intéressant de savoir quel parfum elle portait dans cette scène ! J'ai déjà essayé de trouver quelque chose à l'aide d'une capture d'écran. Mais c'est trop difficile ! - Je vais toutefois réessayer avec les mots-clés « Vuitton » et « Goutal ». Peut-être que je trouverai quelque chose...

"I know it doesn't read on camera, but it makes me smile!" - Well: Mystery solved! At least regarding the label! Thanks to Delta who mentioned someone who recognized it as from "Louis Vuitton"! Checking again the resp. scene of "I AM: CELINE DION" I am 99,9 % sure that it's a Vuitton fragrance that makes Céline smile! Although it remains a secret which one.

In 2016 - 70 years after the last perfume - SEVEN fragrances were launched, all based on flower themes. Each available in a 200-milliliter bottle, a 100-milliliter bottle, and a travel spray.
"Rose des Vents": Based entirely on roses
"Turbulences": Inspired by the scent of tuberose and jasmine at dusk
"Dans la Peau": Contains jasmine and narcissus, but also pieces of natural leather from the Vuitton workshop. 
"Apogée": Centers on the lily of the valley. 
"Contre Moi": A scent with vanilla. 
"Matière Noire": Balance of patchouli and white flowers. 
"Mille Feux": Mix of Chinese osmanthus (a white flower) and leather.

In the meantime other smells were issued - and since Céline's holding a 200 ml bottle which bottom packing's still on and that has a golden rim, it MIGHT be "Spell on you" (Keynotes: Iris, Centifolia rose from Grasse and Sambac jasmine) - but that's just my guess.

PS: And I guess I don't have to mention that the label of "Louis Vuitton" is BELOVED by Céline as well as by Réne since the very early times of her career! So, it's clear that she also possesses their fragrances. There is also another bottle of the collection to be recognized on her vanity table - unfortunately without the name. - But: Not all things must be revealed!

The bracelet is Van Cleef.

And the Chanel jacket was found by me - and once stolen by the "thief". 
Honestly I was - and still am - a bit pissed off when it's not mentioned who found it. This jacket wasn't as easy to find! And it's a sign of respect to mention the finder!

Also the other items were already found - by others - exp. the Mickey Mouse Sweater - so congrats!

Gosh! This beautiful dress was a b*tch!!! 🤣 It haunted me for years - and strangely even Frida couldn't find it.
After watching the first "Sex and the City"-movie I thought that I might have found a trace - but "Escada" shop window in the back with a similar dress turned not out to be the winner.
Only this year - a few weeks ago - while looking for something completely different - I found a hint on a vintage platform - some deep researches later I've had the verification: It's from Valentino. And the beautiful dress was successfully released from the file "Someday-I'll-Find-It" in which it had been living since I found the picture of Céline in 2009!

Great find, she looks amazing in that dress! I wonder if there is a way to have a folder of the missing items, to make it easier to find what still needs to be found? For instance, I uploaded that picture of Celine wearing the dress to Google and the Valentino dress is one of the first matching results. So that might have saved a lot of searching!!

Sometimes old school is the best way! Especially when you enjoy something. But for the ones that still prove elusive, it might give some clues here and there. I will try and help to find some of these unknown ones for sure.

Well, it was the way Frida once teached me - long before picture search or even the idea of AI! So I mostly research as if there wouldn't be any Google Lens. And I absolutely avoid AI (as long as it's still possible).
