The guy in the background is a fake, but her face is very real in it. A lot of untouched photos have been leaking lately. However some of them (like the Louis Vouton ad campaign untouched photos) look better than the originals. However this one isn't so good. But I never cared for that photoshoot anyway, I thought she looked awful even in the original, retouched photoshoot.

Edit: Now that I think about it, I do remember her LV ads. & yes I can imagine the originals would be better. I had a hard time deciding wether it was her or not when I first saw the ads.

Really? for me its the complete opposite. I never had any interest in the woman ever before, until she came out with Confession on a Dance Floor in 2005. Then Hard Candy was released and i think its way better than Dance Floor. Thats for music and on the personal aspect, I admire the woman that she is. She's 50 and is in better shape than a 25 healty woman. Her music is about perseverance, hard work, pushing yourself, about waking the eff up and start doing something with your life. LOVE IT. I respect her for all that. Before 2005 the only thing that came to my mind when i would think about madonna would be the word SLU.T .... in big need of attention. Nothing else lolll

i didnt like the way she tried to steal Celine's title of Highest grossing tour by a female. when she heard that TC tour had outsold her by the end of 2008, she went and reopened her tour to start again in the summer of 2009 after she already ended the tour.

Do you honestly think Madonna just saw Celine's box scores and said "Oh, I should try and outsell her!". Not everyone thinks about Celine.

 

By the way the 1st leg of the Sticky & Sweet Tour alone still outsold all leg's combined of Celine's tour. So that theory about "trying to top Celine" is delusional BS, because Celine never held the title in the first place.

I watched the last tour on dvd this weekend, and the setlist is very interesting; lots of different songs etc...

 

but the show itself... there are some cool parts, but all those video intermezzo's and dances... I'm glad I didn't pay 180 euros for this concert! I go to a concert for the songs; the vocals, the rest is a nice addition, but IMO Madonna's concert had a bit too much of that...

 

btw how much does she lip during this concert? I mean; she sings soft and such, but then she yells something to the audience and that's so hoarse and dry, I can't put those two together

eeerhm every song? haha nah i dont know for sure, but she lips more then our Celine does that's for sure ;-)

€180? Wow, I think I paid €60-70 or something. Not the best seats obviously, but I don't think anyone paid that much here (40,000 stadium). Haven't watched my BD yet, should to it this week

I only listened the CD. That's quite obvious. But I doubt her fans care about it.

Her DVDs (the last two at least) are dubbed over. She went into the studio after the concerts, and re-sang the vocals, and that audio was put over the real audio of the show. That's why it'll sound studio perfect then her shouting will be hoarse and live sounding. She lips little to none (although three songs were blantantly lipped on Re-Invention Tour), despite popular belief. And I don't care about dubbing to be honest, but I wish she sounded a little more realistic in certain parts.

I didnt knew she recorded the vocals afterwards.

Always thought she did that before the tour starts, as you can see her rehearse the songs, i thought she recorded them straight away.

 

But the thing with Madonna is, that even those rehearsed songs leak ;-)

 

Something like Celine did for TC, at the dancer rehearsals you can hear her rehearse the songs

Yes Lymon is right, she absolutely didn't lipsync during her S&S tour! It was dubbed (thanks god )

However, I enjoyed this DVD more than I enjoyed Celine's DVD!

I liked the fact that everything was new! This is not ironical this time! I was quickly bored by Celine's DVD! Nothing we haven't Heard before: always the same songs! Hits medley, last part of the concert...

They should have kept TJTWIM, TLDH, ONCP, ANDHC... Those would have been interesting!

Where the hell are the songs from ANDHC, OH, Miracle... and songs from 1f&4t, D'elles! She absolutely didn't sing Je ne vous oublie pas for exemple!
