Warner probably will try to sell those albums as well (again).

Maybe in a "cheap" three-box-set: The Immaculate Collection - GHV2 - GHV3.

 

She has enough hits from the last few albums to complete a final GHV3 album.

 

If she's leaving them, probably they'll do something cheap anyway.

 

I hope they don't title it GHV3, Ray.

Madonna and Guy's relationship got a little "What's Love Got To Do With It?" towards the end.

 

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage is over, but the fight for who is going to emerge from this as the Tina and who is going to be the Ike is just beginning. There was spousal abuse--physical or mental--on both sides of the marriage, Us Weekly reports in an upcoming cover story. "Guy called her old, fat, ugly and wrinkled and said that she was stupid and couldn't sing," a friend tells Us. That's so cruel, just on the off chance that Madonna's heart is not made of chains and Astroglide.

 

During these bitter arguments, Madonna would retaliate with her own nastiness. "She would taunt Guy, saying, 'I should have married someone like me: strong, hot-blooded, intelligent, ambitious, spiritual,'" a source close to Guy told Us. "Their fights would often get heated. A few times Madonna slapped him or poked him." The slapping is inexcusable. The poking really doesn't belong in the same category.

 

Now that they're separated, the couple's domestic squabbles and traumatizing poke wars are no longer behind closed doors. Guy was in tears, Us reports, after Rocco Ritchie, the couple's eight-year-old biological child, was photographed wearing a New York Yankees jersey in New York City on Monday. Madonna's lover, Alex Rodriguez, plays for the Yankees. "[Guy has] actually been crying over it," a source on the London set of the director's Sherlock Holmes tells Us. "He's in a terrible state but is doing his best to be on form at work." I guess that story is going to come up again during the custody battle. As if Guy will let his son grow up a baseball fan when there's soccer to be rioted over.

 

It would be a mistake to think the 40-year-old director is just sitting around crying over his son's sports allegiances. Guy's actually embracing his freedom with the hoariest cliché known to Hollywood--sleeping with his actress, 31-year-old Kelly Reilly. He brought an overnight bag with him to the Chatham hotel, where the Sherlock Holmes star is staying, Us reported. Well good for him. These two need to just move the vogue on and not dwell on how much they hate each other. Let's focus on happier things, like cone bras and saving African babies and Robert Downey Jr. telling Jude Law everything is elementary.

Madonna may not have the greatest voice in the whole world, but i think she can really sing. i watched a LOT of her performances, old and new, and she sound incredibly good, especially when she's singing her ballads (Live to Tell, Crazy for You, Rain, Oh Father, One More Chance, You'll See), so saying she cannot sing is plain a bit much.

She never performed ''You'll See'' live, I know she sang this song on selected shows in North America during the ''Drowned World Tour'' but unfortunately Madonna was lip-syncing to a pre-recorded version of the song.

oh i didn't know it was lipped! about "One More Chance", yes i've never seen her sing this song live, but there was this, i don't know if that was a session, but i've seen this clip that she was strumming her guitar and singing some parts of One More Chance. i guess it was less than 1 minute clip, but that was a stunning "unplugged" version of the song. i can't find the video now, but i'll do my best to find it.

i really hate the idea of this yellow tee! it didn't look good on her. but the show was spectacular and imho much better than the Confessions tour. seeing her sing Don't Cry For Me Argentina live was an "event" for most of her fans, and i can't believe how the live performances of Candy Shop, Beat Goes On and She's Not Me made me appreciate these songs that i once thought "crappy".
