I don't know but I heard one on the radio yesterday and loved it! It wasn't '4 Minutes', does anyone know what it's called? I didn't catch the name.

omg i can't believe manuel is the starter of this topic

 

anyways, i've been madge's follower since "Music". i enjoy her music so much that i bought each and every cds she released. i love her (prolly next to celine, mariah and janet jackson). Hard Candy is easilly her worst to date, but she's a legend, so it's forgivable. "Bedtime Stories" remains my all-time favorite Madonna album.

I've been to youtube to listen to her latest tracks and they underwhelmed me.

She wanted to be trendy but the album for now has no stellar sales! I mean she is everywhere on tv, radio gossips etc etc if you take in consideration that Coldplay in 4 weeks sold 3.444.000 an Madonna in 11 weeks sold 2.353.000 her sales are very similar to Celine's ones at the same weeks and Celine is not trendy nor cool

What I can't get over is that her album is a crap and doesn't deserve its success. It's her worst album ever. But I don't think we can put her in the group ''singers'' since she is an entertainer. Anyway, she always knows how to be modern and always works with the hottest producer at the moment. She is a media product since the beginning of her carear. And even if she is my least favorite artist I admire her for always being actual. Well of course sometimes this is not a good thing but she is just that type of artist.

Well, Madonna is indeed known for trying new and different things. However, I do not consider her to be trendy.

Madonna is an incredibly desperate woman. I've never liked her music, but she used to be hot. Still, even with that fact, there's no denying that she's an entertainer, and not a singer. She strips to sell albums and her success is very much based on her media hype, controversies, and music videos. Of course people like her music, but she wouldn't be half as big as she is now without those 3 factors. To me, her music is very boring. I listened to her Hard Candy album, and she tries so hard to sound young and fresh, but it just fails miserably. Plus, that cover is just incredibly bad. Hard Candy is a masterpiece. Can't get enough of this tremendous album.

Maybe for some fans. But for any other layman, this album is just Compared to COADF, this album just shrivels and falls off like a 90 yr old's **** would do

 

Even though I didn't like MC's new cd at first, I'm really liking it as I give more spins... but with HC, I don't think I'll even listen to it once.

I LOVE "Hard Candy!" Not "real" hard candy, much too bad for my teeth---but the album is great! I can listen to it non-stop! "Give It 2 Me" is a gem---"The Devil Doesn't Recognize You" is superb!

well I like The Devil Doesn't Recognize You, but give it 2 me, is just boring... the only other song I can stand is Spanish Lesson... after American Life I don't like her albums that much anymore
