MARIAH CAREY'S ANGELS ADVOCATE SHIFTS TO MAY RELEASE?

 

According to Jump Smoker's latest twitter update, their Mariah Carey vs Jump Smokers remix album has been pushed to be released at the end of May 2010. Meanwhile HMV UK are reporting a new release date for Mariah Carey's Angels Advocate of 26 April, 2010 (previously 29 March), while Amazon UK have removed the release from pre-order. When we have more news, we will let you know.

that just proves those US #1's mean nothing in the long run. Celine's career doesn't depend on US #1's. she only had 4 and very few top 10's, but look at how well she's doing today.

Probably not often. Her tours were generally small in compareson to alot of artists. Her cd's sold fairly well, especially in the 90's but other artists sold more. I'm sure she was up there of course.

AMSTERDAM - Mariah Carey new album is cancelled. The 39-year-old blonde, would launch an album of remixes next month , but that has been eliminated.

According to Mariah fansite Journal singles are still from the album released.

 

"The album is not released, but we still want to release a few singles", says Careys management to the fansite. "The songs are not lost."

 

Unclear

 

Why the record isn't released is not clear. The management is working on a next Mariah album. When that hits the shops, is not known yet.

 

"We think about a new studio album or maybe a Christmas album. That hasn't been decided yet. It is a creative process that you can not force."

 

'Angels Advocate "would be released on April 26 in Europe. The disc had remixes of "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" on it.

Hope she gets preggers and settles down for a while. She has been overexposed. She should take a mini-hiatus and come back in 2012 or something with a stong album, materially and vocally.
