Ugh. I told myself earlier this month that it would depend on how many songs she lipped tonight at this CBS special that would determine if I went to see her in concert. It appears like she will lip her whole setlist since she is practically doing that now. How sad. I don't even have words anymore. Celine you don't dance, now it appears you don't even sing. What the heck is the point of you even continuing your career. Like you said people come to a show to see something different than perfect. If I wanted to her a recording I could just listen to your da** album. People can say what they want about Ashlee Simpson but atleast she sings live most of the time! BOOOOOOO CELINE!

Alright alright...lets not lose faith yet. If she lips on tour then we can get mad. Seriously though, she is still Celine...she records those songs that she lips back to..that IS her voice and that on its own makes her amazing. Even while lipping she still gives a great performance taken AND for example that show was stunning and some of those songs were lipped! I'm disappointed, but still just as big of a fan. She still has a excellent and optimistic personality and you gotta love her for that. Hopefully on tour she'll sing live out of respect for the fans who paid 100's to see her. I really hope she surprises us on tour. As for the special...they really should just not air it at all. Embarassing!

RDMH was probably lipped because it was on the other show. It was obvious on the UK show because she messed up a few times with little things.

Lets wait and see... She always lipped the new songs on TV specials except for ANDHC special, dunno why... But ATW and TAST album new songs were all lipped. Its just not good marketing for the tour and no big thank you to the fans... I dont know WHO makes the decisions if its going to be live or not but the thing is that right now shes getting more and more bad press for lipping:

 

- La Presse in Montréal - for the D'Elles special

- The sun in the UK - for An Audience with

- Z100 in NYC - for the nbc xmas tree lightning

 

They should worry about that by now...

its just just that! mhwgo is a fine song. but why as the finale? thats all anyone can ever associate with her and instead of doing great new ones from her new album, she's doing that song AGAIN for the 1000th time. at least if she does it, do only part of it like she did with IACBTM/BYLM/TLYM.

 

but its not just that. its that plus the fact that she just lipped this whole goddamn special after she spent the last few months lipping appearace after appearance after appearance. enough already!
