I agree. It will be Martin Luthur King weekend . It will probably be best to make an reservation. I'm pretty sure it will be crowded that day..

 

We have time to get things ready.. Only 3 months to go..

 

I'm so excited as well!!!! I'm going to have loads of fun!! I just wish my best friend could join me, but he can't because of work and distance.

PS-I was just at a wedding this weekend and the reception was amazing! We danced for 6 hours straight, and the last song made me think of you guysss. haha It was Because You Loved Me! I looked at my mom and we just got this huge smile because we know its concert time in a few monthsssssss! ok random I know but I wanted to share! Hope everyone had a good weekend!

I know everyone is going to want to stay close to the arena so we don't miss Celine arriving. Quick question for all of you. Would you like for me to get two banners made up that say for example (the one we hold up outside) "WELCOME BACK TO ATLANTA CELINE, WE HAVE MISSED YOU"!! That is just an example of course, suggestions/ideas for the banner outside and the one to go in her dressing room. The one for her dressing room, we could sign our names, write messages, and attach our pictures to it, but have the biggest part already done. What do you think? There is a sign business right across the street from where I work, and I am friends with the owners so I feel confident that would give me a good price.

I really hope I will be able to sign the banner. I am thinking about going to the Fox theatre to see a musical on that day at 2 pm. It will probably get out around 4 or 4:30.

 

If I'm not there, just sign my name for me.

You have probably heard from my friends (Katelyn, Elisa, and others) regarding Celine Dion's great return to the Atlanta area. The three of us are among many fans from the south eastern part of the U.S. that are trying to get together and welcome Celine back in a BIG way. As you may know, this is her first return since the Atlanta olympics 12 YEARS AGO! We are die-hard Celine fans and believe she deserves the biggest welcome possible. We tried to think of a way to encorporate the entire audience in welcoming her but knew this would probably be too large of an idea and almost impossible. SO, we have decided to make a banner welcoming her and her band/dancers/stagecrew/family to ATL. We are trying to locate the Phillips Arena to find someone to hang this banner in her dressing room to give a moral boost and happy welcome once she starts getting ready. However, this is a small idea and we would LOVE to have some promotion or help or ANYTHING from your station or ANY local business/tv/radio stations or anyone who would like to make this BIG for Celine. I know that there is alot of time before the concert (January, 17th 2009) BUT- the sooner the better! thank you SOO much for your time in reading this and I look forward to hearing from you!
