I hope it's live. I doubt she'll sing anything else than Taking Chances, but if then I hope not one of the bland pop tunes. That would mean to fall back into old habits, release a catchy pop track as a first single (ANDHC/Taking Chances) and then go for the programmated soulless beat number (I'm Alive/Eyes On Me). Can't Fight The Feeling would be great, it's rockish, has some country influences and still sounds authentic. That's the new Celine. Don't know what it is but I like the change ...

what I would like to see celine do at the AMA's: Bring her band and dancers from vegas and perform RDMH in her outfit that she wears in the show! That will be a performance NO ONE will foget!!!

Me thinks Celine will perform ALONE with Ben Moody either on piano or on guitars then with a bombastic finish to the song.

ahhh sigh. i can just imagine her doing Eyes on Me.. all sexy.. dancers.. or just her, belting out that's just the woman in me.. all raw and pure power... but like that's going to happen. -_-

Lol, i was driving past LA LIVE center where the awards will be and saw and a big LED screen that was naming the performers. So I was looking and it showed "Daughty" and then the screen changed and said "CELINE DION" in big letters. It was pretty cool. I got so excited!!!

Celine will sing TC @ the AMA even though i want her to sing EYES ON ME.

 

JOURNAL MONTREAL is reporting that 99% EYES ON ME will be selected by SONYBMG as the next single.

People.com reports that singer Beyonce will make a special performance, accompanied by Celine Dion and Alicia Keys at this coming Sunday's " American Music Awards ". US comedian and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel will host the show for the second year in a row. The show will be broadcast live by American network ABC.

 

 

Oh my gosh, this is going to be AMAZING, can't wait to watch it. :w00t:

releasing EOM would be really taking chances.... this would be a song people would never expect! although there are better songs on the album, EOM would be great for an image change.

 

I really cant wait to see the AMA!!!! (although she will perform TCH)

That's a little bit weird for Eyes On me.. I tought it was the 3rd single and Alone was right now the 2nd single.. So looks interesting what could be the 3rd and maybe 4th one..

That surprises me. 3 rival singers performing together. I really think it will be exciting, unless one of them try to perform and appear more than the others....

It looks like Beyonce is gonna be the main act and that Celine and Alicia will "accompany" her... But other than that I hope Celine will sing Taking Chances too. So maybe 2 performances by Celine?? Or maybe they will sing their respective hit all together at the same time like in a Diva Live show...:)
