Like Joan Rivers said about Celine for her '99 Oscar Red-Carpet appearance... she plucks things straight from the runway... which are not always the best things.

 

I kinda like this jacket though! It's unique, has a unique collar... but then again, I'm a fashionist...

 

P.S. and it costs at least $5000
