I don't know what songs you don't like of the new album of Enrique Iglesias but Tired Of Being Sorry and Do You Know are the best up tempo pop songs I've heard for a long time

This is not completly true..... (sorry for my english) I love Kara songs for Carrie underwood... She (carrie) is for me one of the best news singers.... And If the music of celine thakes the same way of carrie, I will love so much.

I have listened to it now and it's quite cheap. The first 40 seconds is very good, very honest. But that is only followed by repetitive trash pop rock. Reminds a bit of Final Answer by The Calling but to say it sounds like it would be to compliment it too much. It is very amateurish.

 

Single B-side material. Hopefully we'll get that. If it sounds like Platinum Wierd's version it shouldn't be on the album.

 

Covering good songs are a bit daring. Covering crap songs is just stupid.

strangely, i think this could end up being like the modern-day "the reason". if it's done right, i think celine could do a good job with it. hopefully it"ll be different than the platinum wierd version.

I think Kara's songs are too light, too pretendless, too ordinary; her style of songs is heard a lot lately and it misses emotion and strength. Her songs may be hits now, but will soon be forgotten...

I understand you. You might be tired to hear that style, to hear those kind of songs. But the point here is, how many times has Céline sung these kinds of songs? We can count the albums with one hand, only in 3 albums she tried these uptempo songs with that style (All The Way -with just TTWII-, ANDHC, and One Heart). 3 albums out of 21 since she's with Sony Music.

 

Not to mention how many times Céline has promoted these songs. Did she gave chances to that songs? .

 

So maybe you will like to hear those songs in Céline's voice, if she gives the chance someday . I don't want another ANDHC album to be thrown in the trash, with great songs like Right In Front Of You and When The Wrong One Loves You Right to be forgotten and totally unknown for others like HYEBIL or At Last

I love Perez's site and he's just posted more info on Celine's new album... He's rarely wrong! Yes, I know some info is old news, but its exciting none-the-less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The site gets an average of 5 million unique hits per day!!!! He has helped launch the US careers of Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen, maybe he can help rejuvenate Celine's (to the younger crowd)!!

I doubt he reads us. HOWEVER, he will reply to EVERY EMAIL sent to him. I've kept in contact w/ him about Amy Winehouse appearances and he always writes back (Not BS pre-written letters, but distinctive responses) When he wries 'EXCLUSIVE' (like he did with the Celine story), he means it... wait 2 weeks or so and the mainstream media will report it...

His sourse, gogo HIS sources! Gimme a break! If he would have HIS sources he would have mentioned at least one more name we haven't heard about. Every name he mentioned in his blog entry is to be found on Céline's wikipedia article and has absolutely NOTHING to do with the subject of exclusive news. They may be exclusive to the readers of his blog but certainly not for us, fans, who knew those things before and who (especially Ronny83) found them out by himself without any help.

 

While this is certainly good promotion for her and I really like the fact Perez is appreciating Céline's class as singer, diva and entertainer it's got absolutely nothing in common with his alleged sources.

Céline has many unexpected supporters out there and Perez is one of them. Alon With Paris Hilton Céline is one of few that always got props from him and that's good. She will have Denise Bombardier promoting the English album in France and Quebec and Perez on the web. It'll be hot! At last Céline won't be on her own this time aroud (there won't be ANY help from Sony whatsover as usual).

I couldn't care less about what he said being true or not, what really excites me is people in the media are becoming genuinely excited about Celine's comeback this year. Forget 2002 people are sitting up and paying attention to Celine now! They are eager to hear what she has got to offer. When she came back in 2002 it was all about the baby and the 2 years off, this time it's all about having completed the most successful show ever and, wait for it, what music she'll be performing! I cannot wait to hear this album!!!
