i just seen pics of celine returning to her hotel last night...and that exactly what she wore to soundcheck,

her boots don't look as high in those pics as they do in person though :s

 

i forgot to say, i past about 4 restraunts in the o2 last night playing celine songs, and one was showing ''a new day... live in las vegas'' on there big screen..it was pretty cool... i felt so proud!!! lol.

Had a great time at the show on Tuesday, but not as good as Manchester I thought. Celine didn't talk about the UK like she did at the previous shows and she didn't talk about RC or golf or tea or anything about that which was a shame. Still amazing though!

 

I went for lunch today at Celine's hotel (very posh and expensive) and we were in the company of Rene Angelil himself. We didn't get a chance to speak to him unfortunately but it was nice to see him all the same. Then we went outside to wait for Celine and she came out and waved to us and then got into her car. Her security then called us over and she signed things for us which was really nice! A few pics:

No, I never met her before and we didn't really meet her here. She just waved at us and then we got called over to the car once she was already inside. But it was still cool! She looked great up close...

I spent some time this afternoon at the hotel and managed to get an autograph. I really thought she was just going to drive away but it was lovely that she called us over. Not really much of a photo opportunity but a memory that will always be etched in my mind is when the car window was put up I could see her smiling through the tinted glass, she blew a kiss and practically put her nose up to the glass and waved with both hands. That was so sweet but don't know what she thought of me grinning like a cheshire cat with a memory card between my teeth as I didn't have a pocket!!!

i noticed that too in manchester! weird? makes me wonder if its recorded.

 

Heard her sing that before her break as well, I think it was in Australia! But why would they make a WRONG recording and play it over and over again? I think she just does not remember the lyrics well, and no one tells her... Poor thing! It does sound and looks live to me.

 

The funny thing is that she does sing Alone the right way this time..

I was looking for videos on youtube and it seems that Celine's organization is really cracking down on concert videos ... just about everything has been removed from the London show and many past shows as well. I really wonder if this is a good business move? I mean fans love to see the shows that they can't attend ... or are they afraid that the poor qulity of many of the videos detract from the performances?

 

Radiohead has done the same thing on the first couple of shows on their US tour.
