Yep but i just saw All the way with Sinatra is now available on spotify. I dont know for other countries but in Canada this track wasnt available before!

Dansons debuts at No. 3 on this week's Ultratop Singles Top 50 chart (Belgium Wallonia).

It is her highest charting song since I'm Alive in 2002 and her first top five placement since Et s'il n'en restait qu'une (je serais celle-là) in 2007.

I know what you mean, but realistically what were you/we expecting?

Celine is a legacy act - there is no denying that now. There aren't going to be any huge number ones again. Her albums will debut high and fall down the charts quickly like every other legacy act.

The singles are promotions essentially to sell the comeback, the tour (where the real power and more importantly money generating power of legacy acts is)

She's back, we got a promotional blitz, people got excited, hopefully most of us got tickets and we'll live for a new show, a French album within the year and the joy of just simply seeing her back on stage.

I never thought we'd get even half of this much again so I for one am delighted with how its all going.

Same! A Top 20 debut would be realistic depending on how the song performed on i-tunes and platforms that do not release daily streams.

I do not think so. If memory serves me right, the song dropped out France Spotify Top 200 in its 4th day or so which might be indicative of a wider drop.

I have done a bit of research. French Singles Chart update peak positions every Tuesday. We should therefore expect to find out its position this Tuesday April 28. The position will reflect the song's performance from Friday 17th April until Thursday 23rd April, essentially its first week which included #1 on i-tunes, a really strong Spotify debut, #1 on Deezer, and then a drop some days later. I feel the song will land somewhere in the Top 20, although we don't have enough contextual information as not all platforms release figures.

I think this relates to SPS. I believe the approach is to look at the calendar year and set aside blocks of time that are going to be intense e.g. autumn 2026 with the concerts etc. And when possible there are breaks so that Celine can collect herself considering what she is going through, plus to build anticipation. I think constant visibility is not an option.

I don't think we can assume anything about her disease till she tells us herself.   She wouldn't have back to back evenings told concerts if she was feeling weak.

I normally find myself agreeing with you, but this time I think it’s laziness from her team. They don’t need to build anticipation because the concerts are sold out. There was no reason to even release ‘Dansons’  yet unless they had any intention to somewhat promote it.. 

The social media team has drastically reduced their footprint… haven’t posted except a Dansons release announcement since March 31. Nearly a month. 
 

And if Celine needs this much rest between appearances/work this makes me nervous on what they will do when she’s working 2 months straight this fall.

Ι just think there are ensuring a bit of a breathing space between announcements, promotions, appearances and so on. I do not think she is weak.
