I bet Oprah was seeing viewing figures in front of her eyes when she bumped into Celine last night… they are good friends and it’s been a while since Oprah had a sit down with anyone of Celine’s stature… I agree times have changed but, I also wouldn’t rule it out either.

I know most of her team refer to her as C, but this is cute if he does refer to her as that.

Oprah is known to come to major networks to do an exclusive. It wouldn’t surprise me if her lightbulb went off and said, we gotta get an interview booked.

So special to see her. Still weird to put words on it. I mean I guess we could say that she is doing better, she is not that bad compared to some rumours.

But then ? We don't know how much those public appearance takes from her, maybe she will have to rest for several days after that to prevent a crisis. What did she endure those past month ?

 

The fact that she asked for being a surprise guest for being able to cancel at anytime tells me that even if she's feeling better for public appearances we're far from going back to business and singing.

 

Let's see, really happy to see her

 

All this is true, we have a glimpse of fractions of her time and her best moments, we don't see the other 99 percent of moments. But the very fact that she can handle the stress, the excitement, the presence of the crowd, the lights, the sounds, the physical contact so well - these are all hopeful signs in someone suffering from SPS. To stand on the big stage after such a long break, to look into the eyes of the audience, to receive an ovation in her honor - it must have been a great emotion for her (even with a drop of bitterness due to the affront from modern narcissistic celebrities). There's probably still a long and uncertain road to her return to professional singing - but the important thing is that it's already a road, though, and not a closed room, chair or bed. And that this first step is huge.

Wasn’t the original trailer she filmed for her new Vegas show filmed in L.A and maybe that’s why the Resorts World team are also there?

I’m not sure where it was filmed… I thought it was Vegas but I could be wrong

It was shot during a heavy pandemic period.

 

However the AEG executive is the million dollar question. He seems to be following Celine around like a flu, and let’s hope for good reason.

No picture that we saw… he was interview by the Las Vegas Review Journal saying he accompanied Celine to LA for the Grammys.

I said I wouldn’t rise to it but someone reminded me of how Aretha Franklin described TS as an artist with a video on Twitter and from a voice like hers and Céline’s she could only say “ beautiful gowns “ and that for me says it all lol.

And she's the aforementioned Jim Allison's wife. They met while working for Celine. She's also Celine's assistant & estate manager.

It depends on where you look: in materials developed for the media, the statements are, of course, politically correct, but in forums with spontaneous statements from patients it is not so positive. Today on a FB group meant for patients and supporters, someone couldn't stand it, threatening to leave the group if someone mentioned her name again, and this set off an avalanche of frustration from other patients. Someone even compared her unfavorably, unfairly, to Michael J. Fox, failing to note how long it took Fox to recover from the diagnosis and get involved. But it's really hard to be surprised. I sincerely hope that no matter how her life turns out next, she will not leave them without help.
