I see it more positively... I hear a rested voice. I am pretty sure Céline would sound amazing right now, if she recorded music today. Maybe even back to how she sounded while recorded ANDHC.

I agree. Also, LA (where she was) is known for rough air conditions she could be a little stuffed.

 

I’m still surprised she attended to be honest, not because I didn’t think she was capable but because she traveled to LA from Vegas just to show up at the end.

I guess it will be a few months before we see her again. What a Feb treat, what a thrill! She doesn't update as much as we need her to, but, at least for now, the three times she's been out have been enough to dispel the worst of morbid speculations.

Can I just say the fact that there are new press photos of Celine looking amazing is great! So long we have had the same old photos where she didn’t always look her best. Hopefully new stories will include these lovely photos good no forward.

Yes could be the case definitely… but Celine always seems to have a bit of “frailty” when she’s nervous. This is the first time she’s stepped on a stage in 4 years.

Would have loved to see her with other people - Joni, Annie Lennox (whom we know she loves), Brandi Carlile (who was so kind when Celine announced her diagnosis), Miley, many others - but I'm just so thrilled to see her, period, that anything else really doesn't matter. I'm sure there were plenty of people there who would have loved to meet her, but I think she probably wanted to avoid having to give everyone a one-on-one health update, so was quite possibly just in-and-out.

I agree, it seemed the Oprah run in before she went onstage seemed just like a causal run in on their way to the dressing room. Also, the Taylor Swift photo is obviously probably right after they exited the stage. But like everyone says Mariah, Joni, Annie, Lionel, Beyoncé, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Christina… so many people I would’ve loved to see her interact with. But even when Celine didn’t have SPS, she was always kind of a in and out person at these functions in recent years.
