If it's pre-recorded I'd bet it was recorded alongside that tour announcement. Makes sense then that she'd have hair and make-up done. Edit to add: at the very least they recorded a bunch of stuff the same day. Not entirely sure an announcement would be part of her speech, if that's the right place for it, but I'd bet all that stuff was recorded on the same day.
