Well, I find the production extremely cheesy, and character is exactly what it lacks.

 

To each his own, I suppose.

 

You’re taste is different than others taste, for fans that have grown to adapt to the newer music they like it. For non fans who like the current music also like it which is why it has the streams.

 

I happen to love it, she’s simple, yet beautiful with a strong message to the song, all in a modern way.

Y'all are forgetting that she said in that interview on Sunday she prefers photo-shoots to videos now. And she's the boss now, has the final say. Given that, I think it's highly unlikely we'll get any new videos going forward, let alone 3. Although, I'm still curious as to what video shoot it appeared they were on a few weeks ago and when that'll see the light of the day. I'm hoping it wasn't just for tour stuff. Maybe it's for the next single when the album officially drops in November?? That would at least give them lots of editing time if it was needed.

I guess Celine proves you wrong this time. Now we have a video of Imperfection, and we know she shot one for Laying Down, so...

Exactly how I found it! I didn’t know how to post the screencap on here, I didn’t think to just post the link. The image looks a bit like what is shown during the concert when she’s applying makeup. I wonder if that is a part of the vid? It would make sense that she’s showing her “imperfections” and then covering them up with some makeup.

I wonder if they actually shot a video or if they spliced it together from the footage they had for the tour intro / interlude videos.

Could easily have been done as an afterthought once the song began to gather some steam.

I'm curious if they got the song wrong because I'm skeptical they are releasing another video for lying down.. but how cool would it be if they did have 2, maybe even 3!! For the fans and for the radio friendly imperfections. Either way I'm super happy!

Should be interesting to see - can’t wait to find out. Guess it could always be the other way around too. Maybe the music video was done first and they just pulled stuff from there for the tour. Or maybe the black/white preview photo is fooling us and they will have absolutely no connection whatsoever. A reason to actually look forward to my alarm going off at 5am. Yay!!! Lol

You know what I realized?! The teaser for the song was Celine in front of the makeup mirror doing her hair!!! And the one for lying down was of her dancing, and she said there’s a form of dancing in the video. Have they been throwing subtle hints all along?

Two. For the studio version, they take the same footage of Je Sais Pas (non-singing version) and Next Plane Out. And the live performance of Memphis 97 was released in her Official YouTube channel as a "Official Live Video".
