Wow i was pretty confused at the beginning but by the end it Totally works. They did a great job multipurposing the shots for this/the tour!

The b/w thing ruins a big part of the experience though. If only they had alternated b/w with some parts in colour.

 

True! I like the simple stated nature of he b/w. But it would have been beautiful if like the last shot of her face transitioned into full colour.

I hoped it wasn't the tour video, but the video is very good.

In the end I thought it was going to have some dance scene, but there was not, I waited for her scene dancing with Pepe, would give the video a boost.

I hope this song goes up, and that was not the plan to release, they are seeing that the song is doing well on Spotify and they are giving it a try. In a few days we'll have the Lying Down video.

That's an opinion, your opinion... I can come up with quite a few in full colour that are some of her best album covers too: ANDHC, The Collector's Series Vol. 1, Falling Into You, Let's Talk About Love...

 

I don't consider those good covers at all, actually. FYI, maybe, but definitely not LTAL.

 

I think the best of the colour ones is Sans Attendre. Colour of my Love, and My Love (with the camera) - it's an awesome nod to This Year's Model.

I love the video and the process of her taking off her makeup and exposing the bare Céline.

I'm really in love with Imperfections... is the best song from the three she released. It's has something really cool even it doesn't change the whole song...a very Lauv thing and a bit in the way of Troye Sivan and Billie Eillish... is this pushing a bit of... hey new gay teens ! here is your diva... forget about Perry, Spears or Cyrus... This is what you were looking for.. now know her 90's hits... hahaha just joking... I think Imperfections sounds fresh and with a good vibe... no high notes, no overdrama... a good flowing melody... I hope there is more in this way in the album and less of Lying down...

 

I agree. I think this was a deliberate push to reach out to the younger demographic BEFORE the album drops. By November, these kids are going to know all the old hits, and (hopefully) be more likely to buy the new CD!

This is more of a fashionshoot centred around Celine and, again, the hair like this, makes her really look old. Not the most flattering shots i have seen of her. Sorry. I think there could have been a better video and also with color in it.

Does anyone else feel this way out there??? You're disappointed because she wore her hair in a bun (in some of the scenes)??

 

Again, remember VOLER (which appears to have been scrubbed altogether off of YouTube).

Remember all the videos of her standing on the stage at Caeser's (like, 0 effort on her part).

Remember all the videos with one or two shots of her and 75% B-reels of look alike actors dressed in her outfit, walking through the desert, not showing their face.

I don't see anything of old concept here, was waiting to see her combining her haute couture stuff in a video

and she did it just perfectly. This song doesn't need any drama going on so I'm glad they kept it "simple".

I did expect though to see some dancing moves but I guess she saved them for the LD video.

I'm glad they are pushing and promoting this song with a lovely, well thought video.

no I get it, everyone has got their imperfections. I completely get that, but i have to say, Celine can look so much better when her hair is styled differently. Yes she has got her imperfections too.We all do. I think this video could have been better, that is my idea about it. Not only focusing on her but also on people with missing bodyparts or other imperfections. Like letting them sing the words. It would have given a message that everyone has got their own beautiy.

,sexy,fierce celine ,no creativety , I mean please we already said how gorgeous she looks in the tour but now do that ,u don't make urself look bad ,shoot ur face from the wrong angles and then say I've got my own imperfections, waaake up celine teeeeaam

Yeah, really sounds like you're missing the theme of the song, here. Anyway, we'll have the video for Lying Down (can you believe we're getting two actual videos?!?!) for the fierce dancing business. Hold your horses.

 

Also, you forget she is now actually considered a beauty icon? Fashion icon, L'oreal ambassador....
