I'm not sure she was really involved, choosing things... She just came to lypsinc on the Vegas stage, as many times before.

Ryan is behind the whole thing and said to her 'be over the top'.

 

But it's true she might not have been more involved in her other videos.

Unlike this one, where we can truly believe her when she says she's in charge. It feels personal, in sync with her new fashion personna, still connected with the 'On ne change pas' explanation.

For me, what’s most exciting about this era is that Celine is clearly creatively energized! Reminds me of the early / mid 90s when she was unstoppable, building her career. Feels so good as a fan to see our Queen invested and doing everything on her terms.

 

And the general public is loving her — after the death of René and conquering the fashion world, people now know that — in addition to having one of the greatest voices of all time — she is incredibly resilient and STRONG. A wonderful role model for us all!

have to say the more i watch the video the more i am starting to like it. The only outfit i did not like is the black one. But I really like the mad hatter one with the hat and the other white dress. It is quite stylish. I do understand the concept , I really do. I just want her to look at her best, even when it is without makeup. When having the hair in a bun it does not flatter her face in my opinion. But that is her choice, I understand that and I agree the uplifting video that i had in my mind is now a video with a message: take me as I am. Every producer has their own kind of view. This must have been his but esspecially Celine''s vision.

I think a lot of people discounted her as some manufactured easy-listening puppet. They're just now discovering her personality and figuring out she's the fascinating woman we've always known her to be.

This was always the first single they would release, it was already scheduled.

When I saw the video I was not surprised because some of the images I had seen in the videos of the tour, it did not surprise me, but with the passing of the clip, I found him very strong, the images of Celine taking off her makeup and looking in the mirror are strong and bring an acceptance message.

In general the clip is good, but I don't know if it will bring many things, let's see only time will tell.
