How are there no pictures of the back of that new version of Celine's backwards tuxedo? I thought the media would have eaten that up. I hope someone posts pics of it from behind. Classic moment in time in my opinion. I've been waiting for this moment again since 1999!!

I just want to let everyone know that Celine isn't saying the F word in the RuPaul video. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I believe she's saying "Win and don't tucker out".

Its called building hype for a single. Shes doing the MET, doing primetime corden, wrapping up in vegas probably with interviews, doing a huge summer festival, then embarking on a world tour.... shes building a hugr frame work of easy promo and youre too involved in what YOU want to see that

that was just GOING. shes been doing back to back subconscious promo since the beginning of the year, where as 2017 she did the BBMAS for Titanic and the MET for Law....

 

In less than a month shes done Carpool, Loreal ads, the MET, kimmel, tour announcement, an elle cover.... its pretty obvious

LOL ! I mean who doesn't know that! With Celine there are some simple math equations that should be respected. Celine plus a chest thump = Titanic, , a pen =a microphone, a chair = a sexy dance number, an elevator = a picture and most important LV = Rene

So impressed by what she has done over the last years: in a way Céline has become more political (social issues speaking) whereas since the 1992 Canada-Quebec controversy the rule was to be strictly middle of the road.

 

At the same time she stays the same: goofy, kind, respectful, selfless.

 

She has slowly become a role model.

I’m sorry if I sound negative, but what she does is slowly getting kind of ridiculous. Maybe that’s how the fashion world works and I’m just not really into it, I don’t know. But watching Celine doing all this makes me feeling like I’m loosing interest in her.

 

I admired her for her singing skills, her songs that told stories. It seems like it’s a now a thing of the past and her focus has changed. I know that new music is on its way, but I want at least as much if not more pictures, footage, interviews, videos, treats, concert DVDs, bonus tracks, instrumental versions of songs, documentaries etc. related to her music and musical projects, otherwise I will be highly disappointed.

well all i know is, when a new single, or the album itself, is FINALLY released (whatever month/year that will be happening @ this point,) hopefully celine WILL BE EVERYWHERE & having GREAT MOMENTUM around the time of single/album release, so that by that time celine will (hopefully) gather more sales (& hopefully radio play & streaming progress,) & this new album WILL NOT have the same bad fate as poor "LMBTL" back in 2013,

 

which lets face it, even though i still think "LMBTL" is a great album, it was TOTALLY IGNORED by most of the general public (@ least here in the US,) & it reflected in the ABYSMAL SALES, & lack of airplay of 2 singles especially "incredible", as that song failed miserably considering the huge "ne-yo factor", & during the early 2010s ne-yo was EVERYWHERE, & we all know why that song was picked as single #2 cause of NE-YO, but that song BOMBED too, not to mention the music video that was DELAYED 6 months **wink wink** lol...)

 

& no it was NOT all because of renes illness, cause rene was not ill until a couple of months AFTER the release of "LMBTL" the album, & sad to say the album pretty much failed right FROM THE START...

 

now some of us fans are SUPER HOPING that this new album will not be "LMBTL part 2"!! 😣😣

 

LMBTL came out in November 2013 and Didnt Celine literally find out his cancer had returned before her performance on the voice in Mid December.. hardly a long time.

 

And id hardly call 77,000 first week pure sales in the US (in a digital era) abysmal, quite the opposite. Considering it hasnt been updated in years and still sits at 300,000 in the US i would say is impressive. It hasnt been changed since July 2014, and in my opinion, 8 months of sales with zero promo, 300,000 pure copies is great

If thats the case you may as well call it quits now because the chances of that happening with a new artist let alone a veteran artist like Celine are extremely slim.

Well you don't have to follow her fashion endeavours if you don't want to (I don't follow everything also, but I'm happy she's clearly enjoying herself a lot at the moment).

Her focus hasn't changed it's just spread to several different things. Nobody's interests in life is one directional. She's into music, fashion, dance, design, acting, etc. All things that are artistic in one way or another and this is great because we have different outlets to enjoy her in. Wanting her to do just one thing when she has the opportunity to do several is a bit selfish, unrealistic, and I'd also say limiting to yourself as a fan.

But if you don't like the fashion side of her career then you don't have to follow it, wait for when music related stuff is out.

that grey/beige color does not do it for me. Plus, please Celine , make the hair loose. When in a bun it works for the high couture but it also makes her face look thinner. Imo
