sorry but how do we know FOR SURE that celine will be @ this event next monday night?? cause i have looked online & i do NOT see anything confirming her there so far...

 

& yes HOPEFULLY she will perform a new song IF she is there... but we should not get our hopes up TOO high if she doesnt perform anything (or does not even show up this year, just like last year...) 😱😱

 

 

She literally was asked about it during an interview after the April 3rd event for the tour announcement and she asked “can we say” and her whole team said “no”

ohhhhh ok... cause i do NOT really remember that really being mentioned or CONFIRMED by celine & team, so i thought it was just a RUMOR @ this point... i remember last year fans were hoping the same thing, but she DID NOT attend last years show... hopefully this year she WILL appear on this show & sing a new song & even perform on some others too (as of course promo for the new album, i just wish she was doing a summer release instead of an as-always november release, but i digress about that lolllll...) 😊😊

I remember that when Celine first attended The Met Gala, she went to a pre Met Gala party. Does anyone know when that party is taking place this year? Perhaps Celine will attend and than we'll finally know for sure whether or not she's going this year!

 

I can't quite remember. Does anyone also know if we knew in advance that Celine was attending the first time, prior to her appears at the pre Met Gala party? I hope she will be there.

It was a Harper's Bazaar event (the night before, I think).

Guest list isn't generally announced in advance, but I think that year we were told she was going to be Donatella's guest (and apparently she was seated with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, which is how Deadpool came about!)

I wonder if Celine is going to show up to The Met Gala with her Elle Magazine shoot hairstyle? I personally love Celine with long flowing hair soooooo much more. It's just far more glamorous, elegant and diva fierce. Mariah Carey's hairstyle on last nights BBMA's kind of a look would look amazing on Celine. It doesn't really matter to me either way if she shows up sporting the shorter and darker look. I will love it either way, but my personal favorite of all time is when her hair is long, flowing down her back and diva fierce. It just screams elegance and adds so much extra drama to any outfit she puts on. It's like an added accessory and icing on top of an already fabulous cake!

My favorite hairstyle is the first months of A New Day (don't shoot me!) and her tour hair in 2016 and 2017. So I hope her hair would be shoulder length.

 

But I think she is back to the long hair. She had long hair during the live event and in the Courage tour video where she was driving the truck.
