The videowas shot beautifully, she looks stunning. The look she gave the camera at the end, wow!

 

Got to be honest though. I was a little bored until the last chorus. However, I suppose the beauty of the song called for a more simplistic production. Nice work!

[I Drove All Night!]

Very powerful. I love the simplicity of the B&W and plain set but then the drama of the lights and shadows. That being said I wish they had done something bigger for the final "cuz it's not easy..." It's such a powerful moment in the song and I feel like they should have changed to color or changed the background or something. Either way she looks beautiful and I do think it's a powerful MV.

Beautiful! Simple, pared down, suits the song wonderfully. One of my favorite "performances" from Celine in a music video. Such lovely, fluid movement. Interesting that she went with sort of "harsh," stark hair/makeup/outfit for this particular song. Almost like it's an intentional contrast to the vulnerability of the song -- a strong outward appearance, but a lot of emotion internally.

I think it's a very artsy video. Her poses are very iconic and the director did a wonderful job with lightning. She is sure well aware of her body now, every inch of it.

 

 

However I find it hard to relate the video to the song. But maybe I'll get used to it.

So basically, Courage is a simpler imperfections. And LD is a red Courage. 😂🤣😂🤣

I'm honestly fine with that. This video was beautiful with the dark and light contrast. it doesn't need to be a big production video for it to be enough.

 

I just hope she made a ton of music videos for the album and will continue to release them in the coming months. I don't care if they are simple.

This was such a missed opportunity.

 

While beautiful, the video was too simplistic and boring.

This concept was executed better for the Imperfections video.

 

To prepare for the album launch, the video needed to be spectacular.

Not just Celine (who again looked beautiful) walking around aimlessly singing along.

The best part was the end when she shed a tear.

A live video of the concert footage would have been more engaging.

 

They had an opportunity to create an impactful and meaningful video to compliment the song, but it just landed flat...im dissapointed.

However I still love the song and am super excited for the album

at least, something is something...I think they missed an opportunity here to be a little more artistic... but at the end is better than do it kind of 90's as Dolan's Hello for Adele. Lightning effect is cool but not for the whole video... the effect is lost few shots later. I think is a weak production but its better than nothing... It's a leftover scene from "Imperfections" shooting hahaha ;-)
