Celine just opens up her heart through the lirics. Yes she is strong and is moving on with her life as she should be, but at the same time it is still very hard for her. I find it so incredible that people actually ask when will she stop with the mourning? My answer would be the minute you learn how to erase or delete more than 21 years of your life. And I agree with everyone saying that the refrain is the weakest point. But The verse are amazing really. She is really telling us something. Her phrasing here is really something new. She never had such a connection in English. In songs like Didn't know love for example she is still doing a lot of voice effects. Some are marvellous for sure, but it is here to accentuate this raw, folk, acoustic vibe. Here, nothing about voice effects, just about the phrasing. That is really something new. We are still close to what she is used to do, ballads, but I think that I never heard that much modernity in her voice than in this song.
