If only it was just that - a compilation. Would be wonderful to have a wonderful version of NMQP and HDYKTMP since they managed to completely ruin these masterpieces in studio and making them dull and booring.

 

I really don’t think we’re getting the studio track as a release. She said it ‘was out’ - I actually think they’re gonna surprise us with a Live From Las Vegas compilation...

I think this is just for the fans and reveals that Celine or someone close to her actually reads this forum and knows how impatient we are for this song.

 

In that interview (Red Heads interview I think?) she said how happy she was that the song was *finally* released.

 

I just wonder, what is blocking it? Is this not the first single? Or is there some other deal or relationship they are waiting on?

 

I have this sinking feeling that she teased the song because they're using it for a L'Oreal commercial (which she has already said she will be filming soon) and we're actually going to get something much safer as the first single. Otherwise, it just doesn't make sense to spoil the rollout in this way.

 

 

So, she's free to release the live version, since she owns that, but just as a gift to the fans ... and she means what she says when she says "it's been released" because she can't actually release the single until the L'Oreal commercial airs. If at all.

 

It's a good song for a hair dye commercial. I can just see her hair flying free and walking down a city street looking up at the skyline with her new hair, flying on her own without that old dull color. I just hope I'm wrong.

Maybe if they had recorded a video clip and released it on TV people would be talking, would have a chance, no one is commenting on their new song, most do not know.

 

If fans came together and watched each other 5 times during the day, the views would increase.

Sigh.... her team. It really puzzles me. Why not use use the tools of the world in this day and age. I’m considered old in this world and even I know the important impact of social media. Oh well.....

Is it possible that this live release is Celines own release, and not a Sony release? If that’s the case then there are many factors that play a huge role. Maybe Sony didn’t want to release it yet, so she did it.

 

But then on the other hand, is she authorised to release her own single herself, even though she has a contract with Sony and this song will be on Sonys next release (her new album)?

I've been reading all the comments (some are really annoying on both sides, complaining too much, expecting too much...or even acting like the promotion is going well and its the best thing ever - we exaggerate a bit lol) But I was just thinking, what if this is a promo for the concert dvd/cd or related to this netflix thing we keep bringing up, and not for the new studio album? It feels early for an album single and notice that they haven't stressed it as the single for the new album. In fact she still says how there are so many songs and it's still in progress... idk, any thoughts?
