Was it Celines official FB who added the events? Or a different page / source?

Again, as tal-sh2 said, there have not been any new dates added. That show was already rescheduled last February. Why the Facebook page did that I don’t know, but these have not been new dates.

I don’t want to get my hopes up but *if* her official fb added existing dates (adding them on fb for the first time) then that could suggest all is good for Europe. They’re not new dates to the public but on the FB platform they haven’t been added.

Omg! So excited! Have the arenas got a notice or something? I’m going to both Dublin shows and the krakow show. Can’t tell you how I excited I am. Edited by No1IrishFan

I can't believe you guys are talking about the Tour like nothing is happening in Europe right now. Putin will invade the Ukraine. For me as a Cold War child (I grew up in East Germany) it's sad and so frightening. I hope the Tour will continue but in this situation right now. I don't know how to feel about this... It is clear that if she is well to perform the tour will happen. Covid won't stop it since most countries are lifting restrictions and it seems even with new variants most European are already immune. But let's see...

I'll still have to wait quite long time, my dates are in August and September

Maybe she should just stick to UK & Ireland dates then and extend dates like a little residency ;)

I saw my show back in Feb of 2020. I think it's a bit unfair for those fans for her/team to cancel North America and then to continue with the Europe portion. Understandable but I do feel bad for those fans.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.

I'm disgusted by what is happening in Ukraine. But I fail to see what one thing has to do with the other. We're not allowed to enjoy nice things because bad things and evil men exist?

In regards to the conversation, re: Putin and what’s happening. I was planning a trip to London for Mighty Hoopla festival to see Anastacia and Steps. However, with what’s happening in the Ukraine right now, I’m reconsidering and will be waiting to see what happens. No one knows what the situation will be like in Europe come the end of May.

Putin has said he will attack any country that tries to interfere. He boasting about his nuclear weapons that can evade both US and UK defense systems. And the US and UK are putting heavy sanctions in place against Russia, Putin himself, and Putin’s friends/allies and their families. Freezing their bank accounts, etc.

Europe may be a very frightening place in a few months time. The tour may get cancelled just because touring Europe this summer could be considered dangerous and Celine has her 3 children to think about.

Do you follow the news? Putin said he will attack other countries. So we don't know how the situation will be in spring/summer. I hope for the best and that the NATO can stop him. We will see..

The news is full of fear…. Yes it’s alarming but the world should continue as usual. Unless people want to bow down to Russia?

Well said. I think people need to calm down a little here. Yes the news is unsettling but it isn't going to stop me living my life, especially as everything has been on hold for the last 2 years anyway. We are a long way from events especially in western Europe being cancelled at this point.

The possibility of things being pretty bad in 3 months - when CWT is supposed to start again - is pretty good. This is reminding me of all the people who thought Covid would be over in 2-3 months. smh

Yes, we don’t know things will get a lot worse. But we also don’t know things will get a lot better either. Right now, just like with Covid, and Celine’s health, it’s a waiting game. Only time will tell…

What can I say, I guess I'm a wait and see glass half full kind of person. I remain optimistic and yet I am not naieve to the situation. As I say, I plan to keep living my life. Evil wins otherwise if we give into it and live our lives in fear.

One of the most sensible suggestions I've read on this forum for a while...

Yeah we are neutral when it comes to wars, we have been there done it, so we don’t bother anyone and vice versa, so it makes perfect sense… no safer place, or better place for a good time! ;)
