Wow so the reason definitely isn't coming back if they moved the visuals of that song to abm...oh well. That segment of the show is relatively short just three songs so she can easily add two songs there if she wanted.

 

At least imperfections was sang. I kinda thought since she has done it once that she might start. Gives me a little hope that something else will be sung since the album is out

I’m not surprised she didn’t do many new songs/changes to the set tonight. She’s back home and the people expected the songs they know and love! So we’ll see if Chicago brings anything new. (side note: I wish she would do an extended interview with Oprah!)

Imperfections is a bit underwhelming. I think she should raise the key at least 2 semitones. You can hear her lose breath in the lower notes.

Well to be honest I haven't paid much attention to the set list so far. It was mostly things I've seen and heard before, some songs in a different order or done differently. I enjoyed the new songs, Courage was the best. She was emotional and slightly fragile I would say but typical Celine.

 

My only criticism would be that I wanted more French songs. It does make me feel better about not getting tickets for Paris though as it isn't much of a French show. I will see what is available elsewhere towards the start of the European leg, somewhere in Europe I've not been before. Then do Birmingham and Dublin in September.

 

We also had some very drunk girls behind us who kept screening very loudly and eventually started verbally abusing my Dad who was with me. I had to go and get security. That put a slight dampener on things. But hey it's the Courage World Tour, so I did what I needed to do then enjoyed the rest of the show.

 

I am very glad I came back, it felt like my Canadian road trip in September had been left incomplete.

I was there (bought very last minute ticket at 7 pm ahah). Her voice was on fire. I'm so relief for some reason. I was at the second Québec City show and she was sick. Her voice was not responding well and she looked worried throughout the whole show. Tonight, it was the total opposite. You could tell she was happy to be back home. She was confident, in control and in top shape. I'm happy she added imperfection and the prayer (new addition to the French set list). She nailed Courage. Must be one of her best performance of the song to date. Hope we will have videos of the performance.

One thing I’ll say: she NEEDS to fix how she jumps into the EUS climax. Hitting it with the shaky “riieeeeeeeen” almost acapella, too early before the beat kicks in again is lackluster. She definitely should go back to how she was singing that section in 2017
