scielle Posted September 26, 2019 at 05:25 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 05:25 PM (edited) I don’t know why she wouldn’t just do a two or three night residency at MSG in New York instead of all the other venues. She definitely has the power to bring people into that venue and sell it out, it’s been 11 years. Presumably because MSG is not an AEG venue. And the other venues she’s playing in Brooklyn and NJ are just as big and as convenient for many of us. JulienMcbeal Posted September 26, 2019 at 05:59 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 05:59 PM The tour is coming to my country so I don't complain, but I get that it is kinda worrying not to know all the european dates. If you spend so much money (plane, hotel, etc), which cannot be refund, and then they add a date in your country or city, it's a hard one to swallow! Or if it happens you plan a vacation in a city somewhere, the first week of August, tell your work, and then they add a date in this city the very next week, but you can't rescheduled. I know it is very complicated to organize such a tour, negociations with venue with their own schedule, the needed breaks between legs, etc. But I understand the struggle and stress for people in this situation. Let's hope the definitive dates for the European leg will be announced soon, so everyone can make a fair and informed decision. In Bern around 300 Euros and in Nice it was the VIP package, I can't remember, maybe around 500 Euros... soooo very expensive, yes. Quote ***I speak French, sorry for my mistakes in English. AdrienneM Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:28 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:28 PM That's what I am afraid of...I may have to pick another show... And yes!! What a lovely gift she has given all of us in 2020 Well according to a trustworthy site, the show is only for 3,000 people. If we take Singapore last year as a basis, they had an audience of 6,000 and the prices were from like $350-2,200, so if we double those prices for a smaller show (as they try and maximise profit in smaller shows) and in a crazy expensive place... SantiagoColorado Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:31 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:31 PM Whichever touring company Celine is with (can never remember if it's AEG or Live Nation) probably doesn't have rights to book MSG. The other touring company has that one and her company has Barclays Center. Remember also that she performed at "Barclays Card Presents British Summer Time Festival." That's usual with these touring companies. In my city if you're with Ocesa or Zignia you can perform at the Arena, but if you're with other company you get a stadium or a smaller venue than the arena, depending on the artist. Quote
Critiaslux Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:31 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:31 PM Great news ! 👍 Funnily I was thinking that the total number of shows in Europe is relatively lower than in North America. Hope they will add more dates soon 🙂 Quote

noyau Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:36 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 06:36 PM Heyyy I'm going crazy !!!! I want to go to several shows, but don't want to spend too much + I want to be first raw + I can only go on Saturday or summer + I'm not available on Monday for the most TC pre-sale.... Sooooooo I will have a nervous breakdown ahahah. At least I'm sure to go to Paleo (Nyon) / Zürich (but a friend of mine will buy the tickets on Monday). I also want to go to Paris (Friday and Saturday) and I was wondering about Croatia (because I'm crazy about a girl who lives in Croatia that I met in London while waiting for Céline, I hope she will never read this sentence but if she does, yes : I'm crazy about you...), about Belgium and Amsterdam because the pre-sale is tomorrow, about Italy, Malt, Beirut, etc. because it's in summer and nice vacations, about London because it's at the end and I WANT TO HEAR "Think twice", etc. Soooo what can I do ??? Going crazy ? ^^ Where are you going ??? 3 Quote ***I speak French, sorry for my mistakes in English.
