AdrienneM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:19 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:19 PM The situation is very ironic. More and more shows added, lots of disapointment from fans, the same one craving for more and more shows. While Céline is already cancelling her very first dates for vocal strain. All that is a bit surrealist for me, from every part ^^ Montreal dates have zero to do with vocsl strain. Its called a virus, pretty sure everyone and their momma has had one 4 Quote

Ajax Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:22 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:22 PM From a virus, a bacteria, overall exhaustion, two much interviews, all that... the result is that she is on vocal strain. 2 Quote
rhapsodion Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:25 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:25 PM Pre-sales on Sept 27 or 30th? In the email it says 27th, but in the tour dates chart, it shows 30th as the presale date. Quote

Thats not what you meant at all but okay. A virus will immediately exhaust you, and yet she still went out and performed her opening 3 shows. Had she not been on doctor orders, she’d still be performing today Edited September 26, 2019 at 03:30 PM by AdrienneM Quote

Celine Fan 77 Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:45 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:45 PM I'm not quite sure of what to do this time. It's too early for me to know which shows I'll be able to attend. They always do the same, general sale starts nearly a year before the show, so it's quite hard... And the idea of buying tickets for Paris (for example) and then she announces a concert in Spain also crosses my mind 2 Quote Tournée Européenne in Paris (December 1, 2013)Céline Dion Live 2016 in Antwerp (June 20, 2016)Céline Dion Live 2017 in Birmingham (July 27, 2017)

Ajax Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:48 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:48 PM She cancelled because a virus caused her vocal strain if you prefer. And honestly I prefer to talk about vocal strain than what causes it. Sorry but virus means nothing, you talk about virus when you don't know what you have, you always test bacterias for the throat, nothing else, so when the test is negative you're gonna say, ok then it can be a virus... But it can also just be exhaustion, a virus, stress, whatever. Quote

Javito Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:56 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 03:56 PM (edited) And voilá, the story repeats again... Presale starting tomorrow, BOOM!!! Without any prior-notice, without time to make plans and organise, without knowing what this tour is about, without knowing nothing and time for nothing. Bravo, the greediness and avidity of her team is full speed again And they want fans to buy tickets within less than a week now, and make plans for something happening almost a year later? Without knowing what she's singing in this tour? What world do they live in, these people??? Well, don't count me in this time, not for now. Notice that advert says "new dates", as if they could add more in the future, and that's what infuriates me the most Why can't all people have the SAME information at the SAME time, for God's sake? I'm fed up with their organisation. It's absolutely obscure and messy. And greedy above all. They just want fans to spend money at all costs. I'm not quite sure of what to do this time. And all without knowing what this tour is about, what she will sing on the English shows, and without an album. I don't get it. There are 2 sides of excitement today: one big group of people is full of excitement because she's coming to their countries (some for the very first time), but another tiny small group is perplex in disappointment (again), just wondering why their countries are excluded and ignored again from this thing. And it's understandably disappointing for them, who have been waiting 20 years for this to happen. But still... Alex_Incognito Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:09 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:09 PM Yes, it is disappointing she's not going to some European countries, but come on. Europe isn't so large that you can't take a Ryan air flight to France or Italy. Plus, she's repeating the same trends as her last tour. We knew a tour was coming. That has given fans plenty of time to save money. 4 Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990

Javito Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:14 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:14 PM (edited) Yes, it is disappointing she's not going to some European countries, but come on. Europe isn't so large that you can't take a Ryan air flight to France or Italy. Plus, she's repeating the same trends as her last tour. We knew a tour was coming. That has given fans plenty of time to save money. I know that. I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about their opacity, their obscure way to announce and conceal information, and the possibility that she adds more dates in the future and say, in summer next year they decide to stop in Spain and I've just spent $1,500 on my trip to London/Paris/any other place to see her. That's annoying, and it's disrespectful to this public to do so. I mean, if "this is it", they should clearly say so, and state it so as nobody is mistaken, but something in the way they write tells me that this is not all what there's going to be. Notice they say "North America and International dates added", so maybe it's open to more places. And what about Asia? Oceania? Isn't this a world tour? We should have all the information at once and at the same time to make our plans. You people having her at your own city, don't have much to plan, but people who is unlucky for the 237th time and she's not stopping in their countries, they have to plan, arrange, rearrange and organise with time their vacations in order to decide. Maybe for some fans, their lives revolve around Celine and they organise their holidays around her tours (and I know for a fact quite a bunch do so). I don't. Life is larger and bigger than planning your agenda around one same person. That is why I say their team should show more respect with her public, and if they plan to reveal more dates shortly or next year, they should do so at the same time Edited September 26, 2019 at 04:22 PM by Javito 3 Quote "Hush, now... AdrienneM Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:25 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:25 PM Why in gods name would they announce Asia and Oceania just now when they wont be there for at least 13 months? It makes zero sense. I doubt theyve even booked those dates yet 3 Quote

Why would they announce European dates in September, when the first date is not until May, 8 months from today? I said announcing dates and cities in Asia and Oceania, not starting the sale tomorrow for these places Pd: Your own pre-sale schedule was anticipating pre-sale tickets for Europe no sooner than January 2020 dear... stevo Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:37 PM Posted September 26, 2019 at 04:37 PM Is this unusual? Does every other artist provide their fans with a bumper pack and 50 page itinerary with full disclosure and minute by minute plan of where exactly they’ll be for the projected 2 years to come? I think not. Poor *CENSORED* should just stay at home and say to hell with it. It’s a World Tour. Which we’ve anticipated for months and months. So what if they’ve just said the dates and presale tomorrow? Don’t like it, don’t buy it. This forum is a whinging mess. 7 Quote
