Did you see that Celine's Facebook page is climbing crazy? Almost 2M likes in one month. 25M likes soon, and maybe 30M until the 2022.

I would really love to see the making of the video for "Live".

 

I think this video fits the song so perfectly well. And she looks flawless, she has the best makeup ever here. Whoever did this video is a genius. I wonder how this song did on the charts, because from a popularity standpoint only TTWII really took off. The other singles from ATW not really, or am I wrong?

Here in the U.S. I remember “I Want You to Need Me” got some play on the AC radio, but I don’t remember seeing the music video until I got the All The Way DVD.

Honestly, all of those videos were great and should have been singles, but after TTWII and the Millenium Concert, promo died out pretty quickly.

I agree, all those singles were great quality songs. I don't think I ever saw the If Walls Could Talk or Live videos being played on television though. Let alone the TYLAM video. It's a shame that they were shot, but never made an impact, even though they had tremendous potential.

 

And what do we have now? No music videos, or some that were shot, but shelved lol.

I think that now during quite pandemic times like these, they could easily release these previously unreleased stuff like the infamous I Want You To Need Me music video, which might have not been in line with her image back then, but now over 20 years later, nobody would give a damn. And it would be a great treat for the fans and a new opportunity to re-discover her catalogue from the past.

I saw the Live video on VIVA and also the TYLAM video (not sure about that video).

Guys, do we have an English translation of the full making of the Contre Nature video? And then there was also an interview on the set (I think Celine interviewed herself there in the evening). Is there an English translation of that too? Can someone help?

 

Carlos, would you feel like translating it into English when you have time? That would be truly awesome :)

Wait Sisters is more important but doesn't hold a candle to TH? Which is it?

 

Oops, that was very confusing. I mean't to say TH doesn't hold a candle to Sisters. I think Sisters is a much more important and interesting song.

Depends how you compare them IMO, they are so different songs with two completely different messages.I think the Annie-Aretha duet is more feminist anthem.

 

As usual, Sony did its Sony thing and didn't release TH as a single. But it was Top 5 on AC Charts and did very well across the globe. And both songs were nominted for Grammys

 

I just learned that Sisters was originally supposed to be with Tina Turner

CBC (and SRC) must have so many Céline goodies in their archives. I know this is stuff we’ve seen.... but I’m sure they have stuff we haven’t yet. (Like that footage they had fairly recently of little Céline singing to Maman Dion at Epcot, for instance).

I searched Celine Dion on youtube and I'm guessing they weren't set to private when they uploaded them. I didn't exit youtube for a while so I was still seeing them there but when I clicked on the videos they were set to private. Once I refreshed youtube they were gone.
