Zora Sourit is in my top 5 of French songs from her, but I'm not sure I liked the mash-up...that's why I like to hear if I'm in the minority :)

Just for fun, I counted up the fact that there were 97 million views on Celine's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" song which were on other videos than her main upload on Youtube. Her main official music video on her channel has 106 million views, whereas there are 97 million views interspersed among other random uploads.

 

For those wondering what "true" view totals would be for people searching up Celine's famous songs.

The English version of the Taking Chances concert is now available to stream in the US. It’s the only album that features a live version of To Love You More (that I’m aware of).

they really went the extra mile and made an effort to record new playbacks for the DVD. That’s impressive, isn’t it? (Im just impressed cause when you look how passive they are nowadays it’s a total difference. This is where you see how much of an influence Rene was. And some people wanted him to step down as her manager).

i think they dubbed all songs from that dvd just like Mariah Carey’s concert videos. Dubbed.

 

i wish they haven’t dubbed it since Céline’s Sur Les Plaines DVD 2008.. it’s not even dubbed.

Of course if you do dubbing you will sing it again on studio. Like in films, here is the example

 

 

For me, dubbing a performance is like lipsync. You didn’t hear the real live voice coming from the mic that you use during the filming.

Also hilarious given she (well, her hired WMA social media team) have spent quarantine posting PowerPoint slides of lyrics... which would be cute if this was the twins learning Microsoft, not paid-for social media professionals! LOL

If dubbed, song with lipped elements are still replace with "new" track (resang in studio) while Live (they will enhance the audio and if she lipped on live you will still hear the same track in the final edit. Some will put a little auto tune).

 

In Céline Sur Les Plaines, It's not dubbed but only enhanced (so what you hear in live [in person] it's the same in the dvd)

Compare the audio on fancams to the dvd. It's the same. So, if she lipped on live, you will the same lipped track on DVD :)

 

In TCWT, It's dubbed and they put auto tune too much.

 

Mariah always dubbed her performances on Concert videos (that the mimi fans always use to compare clips of singers to Mariah's dubbed performances most especially her Madison Square Garden concert)
