Wasn't a technician from Céline's team who was asked and he said that? I never heard any excecutive from her team was approached with that question, but I don't remember now who it was.

Denis Savage was in charge of the sound and now he's her co-manager, so maybe him?

I actually asked Dennis Savage during her show in Arnhem if they would record the tour, as we were so bummed that the Live 2016 was not released, his response was like: who buys dvds nowadays? And us with a big group said: ERM WE!?! And those 26,406 people who attended tonight!? :doh:

 

Well, I went to 6 of the shows during the 2016 tour and certainly wouldn't buy a DVD of it.

Netflix will most likely be linked with the new album... so whenever we know more about the album we should know more about Netlfix. :-D

I think if there's anything being released on Netflix it'll be next year. They usually announce their releases months in advance.

Gala is a gossip magazine so it can't be taken too seriously. BUT let's be honest, it's very possible Céline would do a movie as she has talked about it for a long time... Gala's guess is as good as ours.

Toi et moi is probably one of the few songs that I've really enjoyed of Céline when she sang with older men... The 2003 performance was surrounded by a magical halo, unforgettable :wub:

Yes, the English version she recorded for her 2008 album of duets is great too.

 

Watching the video of her 2003 TV special for the 1f&4t album, and following with her tribute to Eddy Marnay later that year, heck, she was productive as hell between those 2002-2003 years!!! How many new songs did she perform, between collaborations, duets and tributes during those 730 days??? :wub:

John Legend is releasing his Christmas album at the end of the month... How awesome would it have been if Céline recorded a duet with him for that album! :wub2: :down:

 

In the 90s René made sure she was on so many albums! It is a great way to keep her in the public eye and maybe make some new fans! I miss those days! :(

John Legend is releasing his Christmas album at the end of the month... How awesome would it have been if Céline recorded a duet with him for that album! :wub2: :down:

 

In the 90s René made sure she was on so many albums! It is a great way to keep her in the public eye and maybe make some new fans! I miss those days! :(

 

I miss René so much as a manager, so so much!

Noooo please no lol I don't like his voice/way of his singing. Then I'd rather have Sam Smith :unsure:

 

But yeah he did.... In current times she should do the odd collab here and there with a current artist. And the songs don't necessarily have to be put on her albums.
