Sure she can drive a car!

Since she had a car accident during the filming of "Des Fleurs Sur La Neige" in 1990, Rene insisted that she never drives without chauffeur. Which - in my opoinion - was a wise decision! People like her shouldn't drive. All the stress, the "down-going-adrenaline" after shows or whatever - it's too dangerous driving a car then. But I'm pretty sure that she's driving a car in her free time ... as she also said in numerous interviews.

 

And by the way: I don't think that RC will always have a tutor. He will surely go to a - private - school ... She also said that in an interview.

I heard her say somewhere that one of the things she liked about or was going to like about her break after LTAL was driving her own car instead of having someone drive her around all the time. So I think she can but rarely does anymore. Maybe she can now

 

 

You're right LadyLindsey. Of course Céline can drive and she likes it a lot even though she doesn't get to drive often. Maybe you heard about that in this video.

In this vid from a TV Special called One year with Céline "Un an avec Céline" made by TVA a while ago, Céline talked about wanting to drive her car more often. She says she drove her car only two times since she lives there. Are you the one who chose your car? asked Julie. Céline says she bought an old convertible Rolls-Royce Corniche that she loves very much. it's kind of old she says, they don't make those anymore and she gets a kick driving it around with her mother or one of her sisters, but she doesn't get to do it often. She would like to drive more often and get away from having chauffeurs. She tells Julie about that around 6:34 in the video.

I think it's good that she has her license, since a lot of celebrities don't. It's always good for people to have their license so they can drive in the case of an emergency.

The had a Chrysler that was stolen from the parking in a mall, she also crushed a car back in 1990/91

Yes she definetly has a drivers licence and she likes speeding! She has been arrested for speeding! So yes she has drivers licence

Are you referring to that weird scanned interview from a few weeks ago? Cos I think when she said arrested she probably meant cautioned or fined. I thilnk your speeding has to lead to an accident or some other bigger event before you get arrested for it.

Celine did drive in a few Chrysler adverts, and at the end of the ''Falling into you'' video driving up the mountain was actually her, and yeah she only drove the car in the movie lot/garage for the 'TC'' world tour video..... a body double drove the car out in the desert, for those shots...

Do you think anyone changed their face to look like Celine?

it said she was on the highway and she saw Rene's nephew Martin's car and He was bringing Karine to spend the weekend at her place. She passed his car, smiled and waved. She then lost control of the car, it turned in a circle and went off the road backward. It wasn't hurt but the car was banged up pretty good. Celine says she wasn't afraid but Rene rushed from Las Vegas in a panic and promised never to leave her again when she was working.

 

I hope fans don't get that nuts, thats just TOO much. I would never ever have plastic surgery to look like someone famous, I want to look like me not anyone else lol.

Ok so funnnnny story. I have a friend who is in the Peace Corps in rural Ecuador and he had to go to a community thing honoring the local mothers or something where they crown the ultimate mom from the community or something and he said they started playing an instrumental version of My Heart Will Go On as the winning mom was crowned! I told him I was so very proud Céline had infiltrated her way into the mountains of an Ecuadorian village, even if it was remotely through MHWGO hahahaha.

 

I had a similar experience when I was in Fiji last year...we stayed with a family on this tiny island that only had electricity for like 2 hours at night and so at dinner they would plug in their boombox and one of the few cds they had was Celine's! I loved it

I know a lot of them she laughs when fans scream I love you and I found one but you can't hear her laugh because the crowd is to loud and some girl is screaming "shut up so she can talk!!" so you can't hear Celine at all.
