soooo i was in the car last night listening to my love ultimate essential collection and all by myself was on and i noticed that like 3:01 she's singing acapella.... it kinda caught me off guard but i was just wondering if this is some version that i didn't know about or if there's anymore songs on there that are different than the originals?

if i'm not mistaken, it didn't appear on any of her previous releases. so this version of All by Myself is available only in My Love: Essential Collection. actually i expected that they will include the radio version of Tell Him in this album, but they used the original/album version.

although celines new stage is not bad but i dont know why i miss the heart stage and i think that it had a concept and fits celine more than that one because it was new to see a stage which looked like a heart which represents love and thats of course celines signature so, what do u think guys?

the Tell Him radio version is almost identical to the album version. the only difference (i guess ) is a weird sounding instrument (don't know if it's a flute or a trumpet, sorry i'm completely clueless) that appeared before Celine sings "in the hearts of those who know...". i don't own the cd single so i have no idea if it's included in the cd single.

You're absolutely right Véro in French slang(in Québec) it does! and that's why Céline found it funny! But as you may know Véro in French(in France) it means "uncle!" That's part of why sometimes comedy or what makes people laught is so hard to translate I guess...

I was thinking, I'd love to see Celine do a theatre tour in the future, you know playing places that are smaller in nature, but very well known for their acoustics and style. Like Radio City Music Hall and the Fox Theatre in Chicago.

 

She could bring an orchestra, and do a lot of great new renditions of her classic hits!!
