So recently i discover a Trance-Opera singer Sasha Lazard, and it leads me to her interview that mention Celine Dion-type people. I know it's not really talk about Celine, but it still relate to our Celine Dion

 

She said "I wasn't really in a rock band, but I did work for a while with a team of CelineDion-type people. They sent me to a teacher to change my sound to pop, butlearning a new style didn't really work for me at all. So I said I'd be back in a few months and fled, which is when I hooked up with Mark Raskin, who was workingon the soundtrack for a movie my brother had written, and we started experimentingin the studio with different electronic sounds."

 

Unfortunately i'm not really fluent in English so i really can cot understand what does she mean about "Celine Dion-type people". Can someine explain it to me?

Doubt she'd have asked Cyndi for her permission. Roy Orbison wrote the song, so they'd have had to approach Roy O's people for permission.

I had recorded the Oprah Show Ms. Dion did this past February and was watching it again last evening. I've got a question. How many Lab puppies do they have? In RC's message to his Mom there is a picture of him sleeping with 2 Lab puppies. I've watched this show several times and last night was the first time I noticed 2 dogs in bed with RC .

I noticed that to bubba, there were 3 dogs in the bed and the other was a shih tzu or something. I wonder if they were Linda's or something?

I'd settle for just one photo, I swear she must never leave the house in FL because I have only saw like one set of actual candids of her in FL from the TC tour when she was shopping in Palm Beach. I mean I think there are some pics of her golfing in FL but I'm talking about non-event or golfing pictures. I mean I can't think of any that I've saw other than the PB set. Either she never leaves the house or if she does she's never recgonized. The only time we see her really is when she's in NY.

Not really because she could go out and just not be photographed, as its been pointed out to me many times by my friend and as some other forum members have said when they saw her in NY when it was known she was there, there weren't always paparazzi outside the hotel because Celine doesn't draw big bucks like other celebrities such as I hate to use this example but Kristen Stewart or Robert Pattinson do. The paparazzi aren't as interested in Celine because her photo's aren't worth as much One member here also said she even spoke to a paparazzi who told her they basically weren't interested in photographing Celine they were waiting for Jennifer Ansiton to come out of the hotel.

Yeah but still she's like one of the most well known singers on the planet, you think she'd be photographed more than once every few months when she's in NY, because she's never photographed in FL. I think she just doesn't go out much at all, she is content to stay home it seems. I could never do that, I couldn't stay cooped up in my house for ages and ages.

Pictures of Celine are quite valuable to her fans and are more likely to be kept for a very long time for sentimental value, which to me is most important. As far as the others are concerned, people don't hold on to them because of monetary value. They get the picture and sell them. Those pictures exchange hands several times. They are not really treasured/cherished like pictures of Celine would be. She's priceless! It's like she's family

 

Besides that, paparrazi are missing out because there are many fans who would pay a nice sum of money for Celine pictures. I mean look at Ramona. She is spending her life's savings just to see Celine and follow her around the world (well, I guess she doesn't really need pictures since she sees her so much )

Did you guys notice that at the end of the ''Sur Les Plaines'' DVD when they are driving to the airport, Celine said that ''That didn't come out...'' Not sure if she was talking about the whole show or the last song because she was crying (which I think was so sweet; it just shows you again how deep she feels things). But don't you guys also think that Celine sometimes is a bit hard on herself?

 

Edit: I'm watching ''Supersterre'', which is something like Idols, and two of the girls sang Celine songs tonight. One girl did ''I'm Alive'' and totally murdered it. She was so boring. I was like come on, you are singing ''I'm Alive''. The other one did ''My Heart Will Go On''. She was pretty good actually. Totally nailed the two big notes.

Really, I didn't even notice it. I'll have to watch it again. I think she did a great job. That is one of my favourite performances. Her crying was so sweet. It was obviously a great moment for her, but I think it was also big moment for Ginette.

 

She is always hard on herself. I think someone said that Denise Bombardier also talks about it in her book. How Celine is never 100% satisfied with her performances. I really don't know why though.

I've bought them on ebay.com. It was only available at the las vegas botique. Thats the orignal package. I have another one, it doesnt have a box around the wooden box and inside its plastic instead of fleece
