Ok, I was wondering if any of you could help me out, I know a few of you do scapebooks of CELINE and I was wondering what do u do with all of your pictures and do have a lge photo book to put them in, or just do album. What do u think I should do. pls help.

Hello everybody!

 

Do you know which site has the most complete Celine discography section? most of singles and promos. There is a lost in the multimedia section but it's missing the taking chances releases and the link with the updated one is not working. Thanks for the help.

Chic finally went on sale today in SA... almost a year later than for the rest of the world. :rolleyes: They have nice posters and everything in the stores. I actually took a photo of one of them and the woman at the store gave me a very funny look and started laughing. :sofunny: She probably thought that I am cazy or something. :crazy: Edited by Claudette

The pic is still on my phone. I have to figure out how to get it on my computer first. Yeah, I did buy a bottle. I like it, smells better than ''Sensational'' to me! I like the shape of the bottle too.

I wonder if my unopened bottles of her perfume is still ok hmmm.

It's crazy expensive to buy perfumes at the moment here, craaazy.

 

And with me having Lasik eye surgery on wednesday :clap: I guess I'm not buying any perfumes..

 

Now let's hope I win the donators contest :shifty:

Maybe if you ask the person who originally uploaded it he/she wil reupload it for you. I agree with you: that was one of the most moving moments in Celine's career. Everytime I watch it I just want to give her a hug.

 

I posted in the topic, and PM'd Bellamy, who originally uploaded the file! :) If anybody has the Celine - Star Academy 2005 episode, where she cries, then PLEASE upload it!

Okay, in another topic there was a post of how the Michel Jasmin interview has shown tour clips and a few of those involving the playback songs are drastically different from the playback version. Live versions are popping up now. Don't know if she sang live under the track and they possible recorded it, but here are some:

Yes, I'm sure she just sang them live while everyone else heard the normal playback, probably in case she couldn't hit the notes in some songs, being the perfectionist that she is! I don't think she recorded them in studio, as ABM would probably sound better than this version.

 

But now that even 2008 playbacks (ABM, TC) have been re-recorded, as well as the 2002/3 (IDAN/MHWGO), I think it's very likely that TPOL and TLYM are live too! :w00t:

Didn't think about that. The woman will probably then think I'm even crazier than she first thought... but who cares right? :laugh: SA is a bit behind when it comes to her perfume. It was the same with ''Sensational'' and the others. Don't know why. I just pray that we don't have to wait a frigging year for the movie...

Listen carefully to the audio, there is no applauding during TC, and very little after the ABM high note - it's extremely quiet, so it may have just been picked up by her microphone while she was singing. Most of her DVDs leave the applauding till the end of the songs. :thumbsup2:

In the ''Authorized Biography'' there is this whole part where they describe Celine's voice and how it moves through her body and stuff... So has anyone ever wondered if you were allowed to put your hand on her belly while she hits a huge note if you would be able to feel it and what it feels like. She always puts her hand on her belly when she sings. Wonder if she just do it without even realizing or if she actually feels her voice traveling through her body... I don't sing, so please don't bash if this is a stupid question.

Celine has always said that her dream was always to be a singer--she has never considered anything else. And I think that makes sense, since she became famous at 12

 

Definetly not a teacher since she hated school ;)

 

 

Actually someone did ask her this question. it's an interview for the French press from the Miracle CD release . She said she'd love to have a school , not be a teacher but like own the school. And she would call it "The School Of Life" I'll look for the video ...

SA fans, the movie ''Celine'' is showing on SABC 3 Saturday at 17:00. Horrible movie, but there is nothing else to watch anyway sooo...

The ABM big note sounds to me like playback, and then she cuts in, where she normally does, live. But its obviously when she wasn't well. There's no way she could have hit that big note without her voice cracking. Autotune? If they did, i don't understand it, cos you can hear how her voice is after "the" note? IDK :shrug:
