But sold out means 100%, not 85%. To state otherwise is unfortunately incorrect.

 

For Celine only 89% in 20 days is bad. Someone of her calibur and someone of her usual rates of selling. Especially giving that its her first concert there ever.

 

89% in 20 days is far from bad - you completely misunderstand the industry and market she appeals to if you think that's a bad number.

Tokyo Dome only 291 tickets left for S grade tickets. Only 177 left for A Grade tickets and 27 tickets for VIP with goods. Makes it 495 tickets left and 98.94 % sold out

She’s been closing all her tours with the same LCMM/RDMH/MHWGO triad since 1998 ouch!

 

I admit her biggest efforts to include new songs was in the past tour, but until that... we’ve had like 5 DVDs with practically the same program of songs throughout 20 years.

 

I’m happy and welcome any changes if they came to terms they need to refresh her show setlists drastically

MHWGO will always be the encore. It's the best encore for anglophone concert. it's like it's been made as a closing song. Change LCMM/RDMH. If she will have dancers, RDMH may stay (ala AND/TCWT) but I don't think the orchestral version of RDMH would fit with the dancers. It should be like AND/TCWT version because these arrangement and instrumentas are more alive than the new one.

If we look at the evolution of the 2017 tour, the liklihood of “Loved Me Back To Life” being performed is probably slim to none. It's ok if LMBTL is not part of it. I don't like the Live orchestral version. It's better if she'll sing it with the original studio version just like in Une Seule Fois concert 2013.

CMIIW, but Celine said the asian tour this year will be different fron the vegas, I don't know if thats mean different but the same with European tour or totally new, and she said she will look up to the chart in each country (or region?), but no mattet what, the asian tour will mean so much for most of us.

When many days like this pass without having news or any kind of messages from Celine in Facebook or Twitter, that’s when we can be positively sure that she’s not the one posting the messages in social media (if she was, we would get them more frequently)

 

I wish she was active on Instagram. There are many artists already that only use IG and skip FB or Twitter. Just imagine daily IG stories of Celine

I think using the same strategy as for EUS (single in May before touring, tour, album released right afterwards) would be a smart move 😉

 

For me there’s no better promotion than being on tour. People would talk about her and her new song. Radios would give the new song a few spins then people would buy/stream the new album with the song(s) performed during the tour.

It is traditional but she will probably sing it as she said in her interview.

I'm still surprised that she's not going to Mainland China during this tour... I would think that would be an instant sellout show.

My feeling: too much of a "hassle" coz of all the strict rules. And perhaps they wouldn't have total creative freedom (not that Céline goes on half naked lol) if they would go to China.

And didn't a few China gigs get cancelled for the TC tour (leaving only Shanghai (and Macau) on the tour schedule)..? And I think she was rumoured to play Shanghai (and Macau) only for the cancelled 2014 Asia tour..

I thought I remembered there being rumors for both Beijing and Shanghai for 2014. But also, the fact that she did the Lunar New Year Gala the year before that was monumental, and I would think that she would be very welcome again.
