emi&celine Posted January 15, 2018 at 10:09 PM Posted January 15, 2018 at 10:09 PM I'm afraid Celine wont sell out this summer. She will, don't worry I just checked the numbers for Madonna's Rebel Heart Tour...and I discovered that her average ticket price for the Asia leg was 311.86$!! And 214$ for Oceania. And, guess what...it was all sold-out. So there's no way Céline wouldn't sellout too 1 Quote
Javito Posted January 15, 2018 at 10:32 PM Posted January 15, 2018 at 10:32 PM (edited) Ramona must be a huge fan, nobody can deny that, but in her heart she's no less fan than someone who has only one of her CDs or can barely stream her music online because he/she can't afford buying her music but feels every second of her music and voice through his/her veins. I agree there's no such thing as "the biggest fan" or the fan "number one". If there was ever an indicator of how big fan you are of someone, that would probably be the amount of time you spend thinking about that idol, every day and throughout your life, and the strength and power of that thinking and that passion, and that's impossible to measure All of us here probably spend a lot of minutes of our days and lives thinking about Céline or any other of our favourite idols, but one thing is for sure: we can't beat the amout of time her parents Therese and Adhémar spend/have spent thinking about her. Those are her biggest fans, undoubtedly, and Ramona is far, far away from that level! Edited January 15, 2018 at 10:38 PM by Javito 5 Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"

marc-02 Posted January 16, 2018 at 02:42 AM Posted January 16, 2018 at 02:42 AM Pre-sale just started here in Manila... and as expected most of the seats are already unavailable even before the system opened to TeamCeline members. Just a handful of seats are available and no longer in premium spots per section. Quote

mirage Posted January 16, 2018 at 08:56 AM Posted January 16, 2018 at 08:56 AM (edited) Aaaawh another confirmation that being a TC member doesn't give you ANY benefits. The last tours in Europe I got better seats in the weeks before the show than during a presale or regular sale But it's a risk, waiting and watching those sites every day. For some Europe shows I got my tickets early, but I managed to get some third rows just weeks before the show, just because they opened up a row. Guess this will happen again this tour. Edit: are there also VIP packages? Because I can't figure that out. For this shows it looks like all blocks are expensive. If I recall Europe just had a few blocks or rows that were VIP packages. If they didn't sell, they would go for the regular price.Doesn't seem the case here? The last tours in Europe I got better seats in the weeks before the show than during a presale or regular sale That's what happened to me the second time I went to London past summer. I got my tickets less than 48 hours before each show and there were pretty got seats still available and far better seats than those offered for TC. Edit: are there also VIP packages? Because I can't figure that out. For this shows it looks like all blocks are expensive. If I recall Europe just had a few blocks or rows that were VIP packages. If they didn't sell, they would go for the regular price.Doesn't seem the case here? I noticed that both times in the London shows of June and July. There were full rows of empty seats in Blocks A and blocks 101, 102 and 111 and 112. That was really a shame because I'm sure many fans wanting to attend in the last minute would have paid for that at face value, but these seats are booked since months for sponsors and people from the radios and media and their families and then they just don't go. It's plain stupid, and it's a shame to see full rows of empty seats near the stage the day of the show, just because they have this absurd policy. Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"
mirage Posted January 16, 2018 at 10:25 AM Posted January 16, 2018 at 10:25 AM It happend to me that I paid 250 euro for a seat, and the person next to me paid I think 600 because it was a VIP package. He only got a bag, tour program, a poster and some laminated tag... Also people should be aware that only the middle block on the floor is in front of the stage. It happend alot last year that the side blocks just had view on the technicians. And paid full VIP price... That's what happened to me the second time I went to London past summer. And paid full VIP price... Yeah, that's it! And it's disgusting I don't think Céline has any control about this nor I blame her but she should be aware of what seeing her in concert has become. A pure speculation business made not for the music nor for the fans, but for the rich and the inflated prices of multiple promoters and sponsors who bring their families and friends to the shows (and of course they don't care at all about Céline). Everyone wants a piece of the cake, and that's what's happening. And one thing she is under control: those bags offered in the VIP packages. That's the biggest steal I've ever seen coming from her team. Paying 600 euros for that stupid bag and its contents is directly a armed robbery, when in the end what you want is to be seated as closest as possible to the stage. It's beyond insulting that only a few seats are released for an already not insignificant price of 200 euros and then most of the tickets belong to VIP packages in 3 to 5 categories asking up to 600 euros... for an extra bag Edited January 16, 2018 at 10:42 AM by Javito Quote "Hush, now... Everyone wants a piece of the cake, and that's what's happening. It's a shame when Céline fans are blaming Céline for this. That she's controlling the prices. Sure she sets up a specific amount she wants but then it's the promoters that control the rest. Like for Indonesia. I see people blaming Céline for the crazy prices. Like she just decided that Indonesia should be so much more expensive than the rest of the countries. Stupid. But it's AEG and then the local promoters fault. I wish Céline would put her foot down though about Indonesia. I'm sure her team now knows how mad fans are. Quote

Javito Posted January 16, 2018 at 10:45 AM Posted January 16, 2018 at 10:45 AM She's not to blame, but definitely she MUST be aware of that.
