The full press conference was like the most amazing interview- hearing her talk about whitney and how her mum used to lie her coat on the floor for to sleep on when they were working in the bar. Shes amazing

 

I love how she referred to Annie Lennox and knowing the Diva album off by heart from A-Z. That was such a real moment for me. I think other artists she references at times such as Credence, Doobie Brothers, Michael Jackson, Sia, Lady Gaga... they sound genuine but the Annie Lennox comment was one of the first times she has specifically spoken of one album of an artist like that. Was an amazing and captivating interview I agree.

 

(Oh and when one journalist says “so whatever it was that made you cancel in 2014, are you over that now?” and she graciously says eff you my husband died lol)

IKR,i was surprised when I heard she talk about diva album.

 

BTW are they really journalist ? I mean the guys on the back right is promoteur from my country, I thought they all promoter from each country she will tour.

It's not the first time. I remember long time ago (I think it was in 1996-'97), Céline praised Annie's "Diva" album on some radio interview. It's great to hear that again from her. I admire Annie Lennox and I would really love that Céline collaborates with her (more seriously than the last time on the single "Sing").

I know, she makes me cringe sometimes. She reminds me when i think (or talk lol) to myself and i just jump one thought after the other, like no one is listening...

Sure, she rambles at times. But I still love these conferences. She's so unguarded. It's refreshing because it's so rare for someone of her stature to be so candid and open.

I was sooooo disappointed with Sing- was really looking forward to it at the time too. Celine was hardly on it.

How she inspired her etc. Best video in ages. I could listen to her all day. 25 minutes of her rambling here is a dream.

 

 

Totally, I've missed this so much over the last year or so. It's like suddenly catching up with an old friend you haven't really heard from in a while.

There may be a special appearance by Celine on Sept 9th, headlining the Lollapalooza festival in Berlin. Nothing confirmed at all but have been in touch with her director of touring from AEG Live presents.....

I assumed she would stay in each city, but she could do a few flights from 1 place, but a few cities will be long flights.

 

So the question now is... Where is she going to camp out and do her daily fashion show?!?!

News stated shes staying in Taipei for 7 days...

 

I thought staying in Tokyo would be better but o well

I think that is a great idea from her staff to make her touring Asia after her 2014 cancelation due to her husband's sickness! That will make her showing a different culture to her youngest kids & to open their minds! I am really supportive & glad about that decision!

About her new look, that is nice that she tries each time different style though some are really horrible to see on her!

But as she admitted herself that she doesn't have boobs,it would be better for her not to wear décolletés, it is not really sexy on her,especially at her age...

Exactly, décolletés make your breasts look smaller anyway. When she wears the 2011 opening dress you see she has breasts. Any dress or top infact. Its ridiculous to use her age when she looks AMAZING for 49

I wouldn’t mind the exact check in/out dates and the hotel name :)

 

today is the last day of choosing my holiday bid and I don’t know where to place those 15 days: closer to Tokyo/Taipei? (Looking for higher chances for hotel stalking ... and when you think in 2016 I was literally afraid/ashamed to approach the Paris hotel)

 

Such a deja vu, soon buying tickets for dates I am not sure I can attend...

 

Happy for the tour though
