Well, of course you're right. It's really not fair especially because how much love the audience showed her. They even shout "WE WANT MORE". But, to be honest i think Jakarta audience is the one who inspired her to add this song. So, thank you once again Jakarta <3

I think they didn't plan that encore before the tour. But after they saw how the audience in Jakarta and Taipei wanting more, they decided to do it in second day in Taipei.

I just wish they do realized that still many fans in every parts of this world want to see her in their own country.

I don't think Celine knew the existence of Indonesia before this tour, but then she saw how excited thousand people to see her here. I hope it gave her ideas about her fans.

Her voice keeps getting better. Leaving the desert does wonder for her voice!

And those notes on Can't Help Falling In Love are amazing.

The fact that she sang this many years ago doesn't matter. What matters is that she can still pull it off at 50 after her ear surgery.

Give credit where credit is due! The real Céline is back!

Hello. I’ve been a silent reader in this forum for years and this is my first post. I went her tour in Jakarta last week and oh my what a concert!

 

By the way, before the concert begun, I was afraid to see so many empty seats. But it went full packed once the concert started. And now, the Indonesian promotor (SoundRhythm and PK Entertainment) has confirmed that Celine Dion concert in Jakarta is SOLD OUT.

You’re absolutely correct 100%. I just don’t know why anybody is thinking otherwise. lt was clear as all day, that her voice even at its weakest a few weeks ago was just extremely tired. She needed to stretch her vocal cords and bingo. She may not be doing vocal rest before concerts like before having kids but she’s still one of the most disciplined vocalist in the world. Also it does help that everywhere shes performed so far on tour are extremely humid places in the summer, forget the little air bubble on stage, she’s never gonna get that with artificial humidity when she has the real deal, breathing that in will do wonders for a vocalist.

 

Also, I hope Celine and her team now realize that ending a show with MHWGO isn’t the best thing, she should always do one last final Encore after leaving the audience feeling content. At this point it doesn’t even matter what the song is. It worked with SWOTR, and LOML and it works with CHFILWY. I like that is also gives her the chance to pase the ending with one more final speech instead of just running offstage after her greatest hit.

Even if she doesn't sing an encore after, just staying during the audiences final applause and then giving a final small speech would be good. Just singing MHWGO and running off with a "bye" leaves people on a high and feeling like the show is incomplete imo.

Her encore performance of CHFIL was just absolutely amazing. I was teary eyed when I first saw the clip on IG, and then the full video. Her voice was stunning, powerful, and the vibrato!!

 

I think it's a great choice for an encore -- it's a message that she cant help falling in love with the audience, and at the same time, this song is not random at all or "another cover", she's had legendary rare performances of this song in the past. In a way, it's a Celine song. I pray to the heavens that she will sing this too on the 19th in Manila. I cant wait to meet her!
